The people were nice to work with and had a few books with examples of their work. We did find them to be slightly pricey though. I will never support this business again! There behavior was crooked and shameful. My husband swung by for a centerpiece. It was the most expensive one in the shop. Over 150 dollars and in a beautiful, heavy duty, mosaic planter. It was perfect but the next day most of the flowers were dead. (Which we have never seen happen before.) We purchase flowers on a weekly basis and know how to handle and take care of them. I contacted the owner of the shop the next day and after a lot of discussion she was willing to replace it. I was going to have it delivered the next day. Well here's where everything starts going down hill... she said they don't have enough flowers to replace it and it will take a few days to get them in. I said okay I'll gladly wait for fresh flowers. In the time span of waiting she kept asking me for strange requests. Almost on a daily she would want more and more photos of these dead flowers which I gladly provided along with other information. I also asked if she wanted me to bring them back in or if I could throw them away since I sent photos and they were crumbling everywhere. Making a huge mess of leaves and petals! She said the photos are enough proof especially since I sent over 40 photos at their companies request. Finally after a week of waiting and going back and forth with her about this expensive purchase that died right away. She said she's going to run them to my house as it was her only delivery. I live minutes away and she calls me a half hour later saying she's lost and to gps pin her private cell phone my location and kept asking for directions even though I'm close by to the shop. So finally after an hour she calls again and says I'm here. I go outside and no one is there. No flower van nothing, I walk down the driveway and I see her a block and a half down. I call her and say come on down this way. She says just walk down and meet me down here. I told her I just had knee surgery and can't walk a quarter mile down the road. She kept saying meet me at the van, meet me at the van. Which was strange I limbed down the road and met her down there and the first words out of her mouth is where's the old centerpiece. Not even hello...I showed her the texts her coworkers sent me telling me it's okay to throw it away and all the photos of the old centerpiece. She said well can you dig it out of the trash and bring it to me as well as the 70 dollar mosaic planter. I almost lost my mind!! I was very calm and respectful during the whole situation. So she literally walked ALL the way back down the road with me following me and me being non confrontational I dug all the flowers out of the bottom of the trash bag from well over a week ago at this point being that she wouldn't give me the new arrangement until I gave her the dead flowers and the 70 dollar pot. So after spending an hour waiting and almost 40 more minutes walking up and down the road and going inside and digging these flowers up after she told me and her coworkers told me many times not to worry about it she finally handed over the new arrangement which was wrapped up so I couldn't even see it. I asked her if it was the same value as the 150 dollar one and she said yes it just looks smaller because obviously you don't know how to water flowers. So I put it in this cheap clear vase so you won't have issues this time. I was so shocked that after jumping through all these many, MANY hoops that she would then insult me. At this point I was so fed up, in a massive amount of pain from just having knee surgery and I just went back inside and was so excited to see the new arrangement and as soon as I opened it my heart sunk. Instead of matching the price of the arrangement she only gave me 5 flowers in a cheap 5 dollar vase. I messaged her thanking her for being willing to replace it but since I purchase flowers every week I know what Is comparable for what amount of money. The flowers and vase she replaced my $150 centerpiece with couldn't of been more than $30 tops. I could've gotten more flowers at the target down the road for a cheaper price. I asked her why she promised to replace the value and only gave me 1/5 of the flowers and price if that. Especially since I'm a long time customer and never had an issue before. She said in our policy we don't replace the full price and that's all the flowers we had left. (Even though I waited because she said she's ordering flowers in to replace it.) Over the next three days she kept sending me more and more hateful messages, and photos. I never once responded and took the loss! I never knew flowers could make someone so sad. I don't want anyone else to be scammed by this company. I've supported them for years and this is how they're willing to treat you. Why even bother. I am just so embarrassed for the whole situation and heartbroken. read more

The front of the store features items for sale from local artists and crafts people. They are very high quality items.
