FYI- They also charge back the credit card fee. When I questioned her on that charge her comment was " somebody has to pay it". I would never say that to a customer. Not impressed to say the least. If you're a small business and you want to build your business opportunity I would use a different approach with your customers I wish I had chosen a different florist.

I ordered via Teleflora a funeral bouquet -standard. Heavenly Heights Bouquet. The website listed and showed a photo with at least 3 gladioli, 6 hot pink carnations, pink alstroemeria, pink asters and green huckleberry. The actual arrangement that showed up contained 1 gladioli and 6 red carnations with a few ferns. Dried out and not anything like the photo for this bouquet. This bouquet was not even worth half the price listed on the website. I complained to Teleflora and receive 21.00 off which basically covered the delivery fee. Very disappointed with this product and as mentioned flowers were dried out and not anything like the photo online.

There often aren't many arrangements to choose from, and they frequently seem to be out of the flowers I want for a bouquet. Today, though, I was particularly disappointed when I found out that the $10 coupons I've been saving are only valid for one per purchase. During my last visit, the cashier gave me another coupon, and I specifically mentioned that I had others and would use them on my next visit. So when I came in today, I had to settle for an arrangement I liked, but it came in a vase. Since I already have too many vases, I asked if I could purchase the arrangement without one. The employee helping me went to check, but I was told that wasn't an option. I then requested a custom arrangement, but due to limited flower availability, I ended up purchasing the original arrangement with the vase. At checkout, I asked for the total price, including a few added carnations. When I went to use my three coupons, I was informed--by the same employee I had spoken to before--that only one could be used per visit. This was frustrating, as I wasn't told about this restriction earlier. After my purchase, they gave me another coupon, so I checked the back, and there was no mention of a one-per-visit policy. What bothered me most was when the cashier justified the policy by saying that other florists also limit coupon use to one per visit. I explained that I've never been to a florist that offers coupons, so how was I supposed to know this unwritten rule? Overall, this experience left me disappointed, and I hope the store improves its communication about policies in the future, especially if they want to retain good customers.

I explained to the young woman my situation. She looked up the obituary and after a consolation said she could deliver my planter to the funeral home. I saw it at the home when I arrived and it was beautiful. The woman who passed was a florist in White Bear Lake for many years. I know she would have loved the presentation.

The advertised photo showed a much more elegant vase with other greenery to fill in the void space between the roses. What was delivered was a plain dozen roses of odd random lengths in an unattractive heavy vase and nothing else.
