Toast came back mid range on pricing but by far the best in terms of what they included and also what wasn't included. What they were able to include was coordination and delivery of rentals (plates, flatware, chairs, tables, etc.) and what they didn't include is a ton of unnecessary and frankly extremely expensive fees that other companies did. Another "right off the bat" win was how communicative and professional Alicia was. When we started going back-and-forth on email, she called me to clarify my needs and understand my vision. That allowed her to give me a much more customized quote that included all the foods that I liked instead of a cookie cutter version of a menu that was suited to somebody else's tastes. Most other companies were giving me menus with shellfish and prime rib, neither of which I wanted on my menu. After settling on the menu, the rest of the process with Toast was so easy. They took care of all the coordination with my venue directly, organizing all the load in and load out details. Day of, I showed up to staff who was prepared, competent, and went above and beyond to make sure my guests were taken care of. I wish I knew the name of one of the servers who was hands-down the best server I've ever worked with. He somehow knew my brother was the vegan, and brought him his plate right when everyone else was going through the buffet. He also had noticed a guest was not drinking and brought them a cup of the alcohol free drink to their place. One guest asked for a wine that was not on the table and he made an effort to go to the bar and get that for them. Just fantastic! Quality of food was also impressive. I did pass appetizers and a buffet dinner. The past appetizers were all excellent, especially the mango spring rolls with peanut sauce. Yum! I was worried the buffet food would be mediocre, but everything tasted fresh, well cooked (not over or under, which is hard with salmon a chicken!) and perfect temp. I had many of my guests mark on how delicious the food was. Thank you, Alicia and Toast staff, for making my birthday run flawlessly and allowing me to truly enjoy the event with no stress!

From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and patient with all of my questions (and I had a lot!). Then, the tasting came around. I kid you not that from the first bite of salad, my mind was made up. Then the apps started rolling in, then the miso salmon. Seriously, I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. Alicia created a fun atmosphere during the tasting. She shared tips and suggestions that never even crossed my mind. Luckily, I had a pen with me because I was taking notes between bites. The food itself was outstanding, seasoned well, presented beautifully, flavorful, and memorable. She made sure that as the bride and groom we ate by leaving apps in the bridal suite. Then her team kept checking on us throughout the night to make sure we had food. Again, the food was beyond amazing...salmon, chicken, pesto pasta..the list goes on and on. But what really set Alicia and her team at Toast apart was the level of care and attention she brought to the entire experience. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, and it truly felt like she was just as invested in our day as we were. On the wedding day, her team was professional, warm, and seamless. Everything flowed perfectly, and we never had to worry about a thing. Alicia even gave me tips on how to hold my flowers so my dress could be seen. We are so, so glad we chose her--she played such a huge role in making our day feel special. The Westin Hotel recommended Flowers and event by Dani, so I called right away and scheduled an appointment. From our first meeting, Dani and her husband Ronnie were incredibly warm and welcoming. Dani clearly explained what to expect and painted a beautiful vision of how the party would look. She also recommended other vendors who helped make the celebration truly special. Throughout the entire planning process, Dani was patient, calm, and attentive. She answered all of our questions with a smile and made us feel confident every step of the way. On the day of my daughter's 18th birthday February 21,2026, we had the room reveal--and it was absolutely breathtaking. My family and I were truly "DANIFIED"! The ballroom was elegant, stunning, and beyond what we imagined. Dani perfectly captured our vision and exceeded our expectations. All our guest said that our event was beautiful and successful. However, a few months before the wedding I was so overwhelmed with all the detail that Brenda offered to meet and she just helped me organized my priorities and made me feel really good about the progress I had made. She did the same 6 weeks later. OMG, so helpful to keep me going and manage the overwhelm. As the date grew nearer, she started leading more to ensure we took care of those horrible details (seating charts, signage, communication with vendors, table set ups, and the timeline, etc). At every moment she was calm, lovely, relatable, fun, reassuring, and extremely competent. The week before the wedding she came over and took ownership of all the "stuff" (candles, ceremony items, decorations, etc). That felt sooo good. She was great at the rehearsal and made sure "all the cats were herded"so we got through the rehearsal and worked out all the details. The day of the wedding? We were so relaxed and didn't think about a single thing. The tables were set exactly as we had discussed, the ambiance was amazing, every little detail she had taken care of. and then she cleaned up and stored everything for us and then brought it back to us a couple of days later. During the wedding, Brenda was a total ninja....I barely saw her at the wedding as she was in the background making it all happen so we could enjoy our guests. A guest even took a picture of her that makes her look like the super hero she is, LOL! You will LOVE working with Brenda. I cannot recommend her more vigorously. She is amazing.

    We worked with Nicole for many events together (5-10?). In our last event for our kids birthday,…read moreshe setup a nice stand for my sons birthday next to a playground we have reserved. Only problem was, the playground was closed for renovations. Nicole and her team didn't let us know that the playground was closed although they arrived on-site 2 hours earlier. When I arrived, I had to scramble with the team to move the setup to the park next-door. Everything was OK at the end and even some of our guests offered help. One of the main reason we book with Nicole is that when things go wrong, I'd like her to step up and resolve them. But instead, she CHARGED US $300 for moving to the next playground. Wow, we were expecting apology, not a $300 bill. Even if you are a repeating and happy client of Nicole (like us), I advise you to start looking for more professional services with other organizers. We appreciate the many events she helped us until she dropped the ball completely and insulted us by charging us extra afterwards. -- Nicole responded by saying that they couldn't have foresaw that the playground was closed. This is false as her team showed me that they sent Nicole messages and videos of playground being closed before they setup anything. They could have communicated this with us earlier and moved to This is beyond surprising on how Nicole handles unexpected cases. Instead of trying to prove she is right, it would have been easier to say "shit happens" and make it right... Very surprising and weak response.
