Originally it looked likeI was going to have to pick up the transitions separately because they would not be able to deliver them together, but they did manage to do that. Luckily, they always have a three day window for deliveries, because the delivery truck broke down and it was two days later that I got my delivery. They did not mention that the delivery would just be dumped on the street in front of the house, such that I would have to carry everything on myself! I was also a little annoyed that the top planks in the packaging were damaged. We had extra planks so it wasn't so bad. Therefore, I would strongly recommend going to the store and picking up your own flooring if possible. If it hadn't been for this, it would've been a five star review.

Project team showed up on time and finished the 3 bedroom and closet, tore out carpet, and installed super vinyl flooring during the next 9 hours. Installation went well and I returned unused materials with no restocking fee, no questions, and a full refund.

Buyer beware, Floor & Decor does not stand behind their flooring the sale. Floor & Decor will have you pay to have it inspected, then when the inspector states the flooring is defective, Floor & Decor does not honor the warranty. 8k in wood flooring, been fighting with Floor & Decor to do the right thing and all we will get back is the 400.00 inspection fee if we sign a disclaimer that our claim was resolved and we won't sue. (I am pretty position I will not be purchasing anything from them now) If you are a store that sells only one product (i.e. flooring) please hire people with some knowledge in it. When I shop somewhere and ask an employee a question; I don't want to hear, "Maybe" or "I think that MIGHT work". If I'm going to spend our hard earned money, I must feel the employees know what they are talking about and not feeding BS. I did NOT get the feeling from talking to 3 different employees that they had ANY knowledge in the products they sell. I understand it is hard to find good help these days but please, don't just hire someone to just fill the position. Hire people with knowledge OR offer training classes for them to get this knowledge. The 3 employees I talked to day need the training ASAP.

Even a few days later, when I thought of more things to ask, he was quick to respond and made sure I got the info I needed. I asked a lot of off the wall things, but he was patient and made sure I understood the explanation of different types of patios and materials. Before starting the project, he walked me through the plan and introduced me to my project manager, Luis. Luis was great, he kept me updated the whole way, even during the first week when I was out of town. I had no worries and I was able to enjoy my vacation while full on construction was going on at my home. Every crew that came out, roofing, painting, cement, told me what they were there to do and asked if I had any questions before getting started. I also have to mention Blanca in the office, every time I called, she was so friendly and easy to talk to, it was like I'd known her for years. The end result? My patio is beautiful! I was torn between putting money down on a larger home and moving, or building a patio to add square footage for gatherings. I am so happy I went with a new patio instead of the debt of a new home. I had to personally put getting any remodeling and home additions on hold while I cared for my dad for over a year. We talked about my patio dream before he passed in March.
