Leslie is a dream to work with; her and the entire staff were always so lovely, kind and professional. Leslie and Pablo the project manager stayed in constant contact with me regarding the project and any and every issue was immediately addressed or resolved. Each individual sub contractor that was sent out to the house were absolutely the most friendly, respectful, punctual and skilled artisans in their craft. The electricians were super sweet and always punctual and efficient with their time. The painters were so nice and friendly and incredibly hard workers. They showed up early and literally worked non stop all day each day that they came. Pablo, the head carpenter and all of his guys were so talented and really worked hard to produce their best work! I'll admit I'm a very detailed oriented person to a fault and they really managed to exceed our expectations!! We arrived about 10 minutes before closing so we tried to be quick but the man was very patient with us. They have HUNDREDS of frames to choose from, very good quality ones too! I loved all the different options we had to check out. Additionally, they had tons of different matte color options. They stated that they had to go out of town and I would get the bid when they returned. So I received the bid 7 days after my appointment and 5 days after all the other bids.
