I literally do not book tickets until after I have confirmed she is available to look after him. We have a senior kitty (aka Complicat) who needs supplements and medications, which he doesn't like. He also needs tons of cuddles and love, which he adores. I needed someone with the experience to be a surrogate mom when I can't be here to give him his meds and know how to look out for trouble spots while still giving him his pets and chin scratches. Trish fits the bill. She's totally calm about giving my kitty his syringes so he stays happy and healthy. She also really loves hanging out with animals, petting them and spending time just being with them. I love the texts and photos I get to let me know my how my lil guy is doing when I can't be there. Plus she's just a really awesome, funny and genuine human being.

I adopted Leche through Austin Pets Alive! and everyone I knew through that community recommended Trish with the highest regards, so I knew exactly who I wanted watching Leche. Trish was so patient with me and all my questions and so patient with my chubby boy and I appreciated it so much. I got picture and video updates from her and when I came home, he acted as if I had just come back from work - not a 4 day vacation, so I think Trish made him feel like everything was normal. I would recommend Trish & Pets Rawk! to friends and family. I'm not planning on leaving my pets home alone for a while, but Trish will always be my first call from here on out.

She was so good with all of my elderly dogs special needs, lots of meds, and using pee pads. She sent us pictures every day, which put our minds at ease. I feel very good knowing she is in our home with our animals. I would definitely recommend her.

I got referrals from my prior dog sitter, searched yelp, Facebook and nv pet websites for dog sitters in my area. They either lived to far for my comfort or charged way too much money for what I needed. Mary came to my home for the initial visit. I knew right away she was the one. She is super sweet with the dogs. I showed her around, we went over her rates and she provided some paperwork for the dogs needs and wants. She lives in mountains edge area so she does not charge mileage rates if you live near there and rhodes ranch is included.. Yippee! We went to our out of town trip and she provided photos each day. Fun stuff too! She took the dogs on walks and made sure they were fed and taken care of. She even caught my lab jumping in the pool to cool off after a walk. It was hilarious! When we got home our mail was collected and everything was in place. She left a log chart of the time she got in and left and what was done that day. It also showed if they were eating good, etc. She text me the night we got home to make sure the dogs were doing good. They were doing great, they were pooped! I definitely plan on using Mary again in the near future. Great service and in the Southwest!

We took our dog in for an interview this morning. The woman I interacted with was really nice and…read moregave me a great first impression of the place. Our dog is really good with people and dogs so I knew he would do great; however, when we went to pick him up, we were told by the girl at the front desk that they were "neither going to pass or fail him". She told us he was nervous at first and not really playing, but then seemed to get anxious when other dogs were playing. I think any dog would be anxious when in a new environment for the first time, especially being around 10-15 other dogs in such a confined space. She told us he wouldn't "snap" but he would show teeth. I've never seen this behavior from him around other dogs, in fact he gravitates towards other people and dogs and thrives off of the social interaction. Our dog doesn't even bark unless he feels threatened or bad energy from someone. She told us he was fine after with some "redirection." The redirection? A spray bottle, from what we saw on camera. Who knows what else. I had mentioned to the first woman that our dog had been mistreated by his previous owner so I didn't imagine they would do anything to mistreat him. The girl that was there when we picked him up denied that he was sprayed even though we saw it happen on the camera. If spraying dogs is part of their process, they should at least have the decency to let us know beforehand or admit to it when confronted. I occasionally watched the cameras while he was there and he seemed to be fine the whole time. There was a period of time (an hour or two) where we didn't see him on any cameras, so I'm not sure what was going on there. Probably some more "redirection". He was very anxious when we picked him up, more than normal. He seemed different, and not in a good way. He still had a ton of energy as well. This place seems to be run by teenagers who interact more with each other than they do with the dogs. There were only 1 or 2 employees in each pen with 15+ dogs at a time. If you're looking for a place where your dog will be neglected and stuffed in a crowded playpen, this is the place for you! (Pictures are of the outdoor area where you can see the spray bottle on the employee's hip, and the indoor area, with about 10 dogs at that point. There were times in the day where there were more than 10 dogs in that area).
