When we pull into the parking lot in the mornings she perks up because she is so excited to go play with her friends. All of the staff members are so kind, knowledgeable and helpful but, we would like to particularly thank Leela (hope I spelt it right). When Olive was out sick for 2 weeks and ran out her promotion days she so gratuitously extended us for the days we were unable to attend. She calls promptly with any issues that might be going on so we can make sure everything is always okay with our baby girl. Overall we are so happy we found City Bark and not to mention the HOURS! My fiancée and I are both nurse so it is very helpful that City Bark opens before we need to be at work and closes after we get off! We love bringing Olive here and think the photos can attest for how much she loves it too

He is not the easiest dog but they are so patient with him and love him so much. He's so happy to go in every time, which is especially impressive because he usually has separation anxiety when he's away from me. I know some of the other reviews are mixed, but I want to say every dog daycare has its issues, and I have had nothing but positive experiences. It's not the "nicest" looking place, but I've taken Moose to fancier daycares where he was just stressed out, and I did not like how the staff treated him. I love City Bark's staff because they go out of their way to get to know each and every dog, and I just couldn't be more impressed with how they've taken care of Moose and how much they love him. He's collectively spent months of his life there since I travel so much, and I always love to look on the webcam and see him getting love. I also love how communicative they are - they have a text line and are so responsive which I appreciate. I can't imagine taking Moose anyplace else!

He did express disappointment that his nannies did not believe him when he told them he was supposed to get a smoked pig ear every day, not just after a bath. Camp Bow Wow in Parker, CO is the best. Our dog is really good with people and dogs so I knew he would do great; however, when we went to pick him up, we were told by the girl at the front desk that they were "neither going to pass or fail him". She told us he was nervous at first and not really playing, but then seemed to get anxious when other dogs were playing. I think any dog would be anxious when in a new environment for the first time, especially being around 10-15 other dogs in such a confined space. She told us he wouldn't "snap" but he would show teeth. I've never seen this behavior from him around other dogs, in fact he gravitates towards other people and dogs and thrives off of the social interaction. Our dog doesn't even bark unless he feels threatened or bad energy from someone. She told us he was fine after with some "redirection." The redirection? A spray bottle, from what we saw on camera. Who knows what else. I had mentioned to the first woman that our dog had been mistreated by his previous owner so I didn't imagine they would do anything to mistreat him. The girl that was there when we picked him up denied that he was sprayed even though we saw it happen on the camera. If spraying dogs is part of their process, they should at least have the decency to let us know beforehand or admit to it when confronted. I occasionally watched the cameras while he was there and he seemed to be fine the whole time. There was a period of time (an hour or two) where we didn't see him on any cameras, so I'm not sure what was going on there. Probably some more "redirection". He was very anxious when we picked him up, more than normal. He seemed different, and not in a good way. He still had a ton of energy as well. This place seems to be run by teenagers who interact more with each other than they do with the dogs. There were only 1 or 2 employees in each pen with 15+ dogs at a time. If you're looking for a place where your dog will be neglected and stuffed in a crowded playpen, this is the place for you! (Pictures are of the outdoor area where you can see the spray bottle on the employee's hip, and the indoor area, with about 10 dogs at that point. There were times in the day where there were more than 10 dogs in that area).

She was so hurt that my husband had to carry her to the car when she was picked up from City Bark Parker. City Bark did try and call us the night we flew back (at 6 pm - we picked her up at 7 am the next day) but they didn't leave a message or answer when we tried to return the call. So we didn't know she was injured until we arrived. They did reimburse us for the first vet bill but the total amassed to almost $3000, which was not all covered. But most importantly, our dog was in pain for days (our vet told us - and even called City Bark because of the clear neglect) without treatment. If you love your dog, I would not recommend sending them here. Also, they lost her dog bed and leash and she smelled strongly like urine when picked her up

NOPE...couldn't see her in the room where the dogs were playing, the room she is always in. For the next 90 minutes I checked --- and then there were no dogs anywhere. I thought maybe they were in kennels for a short break? Finally, I called at around 5:00pm to find all the dogs had left and she was alone. I asked if she was in a kennel and was told yes, but they would take her out for potty breaks soon? "Mother's Intuition" kicked in, I didn't care about losing the $50. we just spent at the movie, we left and headed to get her. I don't want to take up all your time with the very unsettling, unpleasant, unsatisfying, and even uncaring attitude of the three who I met who were sitting around doing nothing. No apologies that not one of them would play with our pup - they had nothing but time on their hands and just left her. The worst was how she reacted when we picked her up, and it was obvious she was upset. No one took her potty because she cried until we could let her out of the car to go potty. In the house she drank two complete bowls of water immediately, and she was whining. She is not used to being left kenneled like that these days. The attitude of everyone there was so, how do I say this? They didn't give a damn about how I felt. The girl at the register quickly stated...that will be $27. Never again, ever.

I posted in a Parker Facebook group asking if anyone recommends a groomers and Pawsh came recommended. They were great about scheduling me, I thought I need a full hair cut and everything but they said they think the mini escape would be perfect and that they could see us sooner if we went with that one. Yesterday we dropped our little dudes off , they were shaky as per usual and the people who took them were just so sweet. I was texted when they were ready for pick up which was really convenient. Our dogs look AMAZING! They've never looked this good or felt this good before holy crap! and I found out that they don't cage the animals while they're back there which I thought was amazing and would help specialize out dudes. Overall just an amazing experience and I will definitely be using them as our groomers. Highly recommend!

I took 2 of my dogs in Friday, July 31st to be groomed. I spent $225 including tip to have these services done. When I went to pick up my pups, I was told by the groomer that she had the "heebie jeebie's" bc she found black specs of flea poop on my littlest dog at the end of grooming. She said it was very early stages. I asked if the other 1 had them too as I stood there in shock. She replied with a no. My dogs are together 100% of the time so this makes absolutely no sense to me to begin with. None of my dogs have ever had fleas nor do they spend much time outside at all or are around other dogs (they're inside city dogs) I've never seen fleas or anything on them at all & I check my dogs over everyday when petting! I would notice, plus they weren't itching like they would with fleas! She then stated that when her dogs (which are country dogs) get them she gives them a bath in dawn dish soap. If her dogs get them & she's a dog groomer why was she so grossed out with the "heebie jeebie's" IF my dog had them. Much better ways to break this to someone! She then directed me to a pet store to get medication for them to all take right away. So I left & immediately went to buy $62 worth of meds. Which was unnecessary looking back now. After speaking with several people, searching all my dogs front to bottom with a comb, plus doing the "spec test" with water & it not turning reddish-brown like it would if it was flea poop, it's determined there may have been some actual dirt residue on my dog, but not fleas or flea poop! You should be absolutely sure before you tell a client their dog has "heebie jeebie fleas"... I find this so unprofessional! There were other clients that had walked in over hearing all this as well, how embarrassing. My same dog was knicked on the neck last time she groomed him & I wasn't even told nor apologized to. My dogs were shaking & visibly scared when I dropped them off today too which they never used to be! After today I'm VERY unsatisfied & we won't be back! My 3rd dog is terrified & needs drugs now bc I think something bad to him happened here. Instead of telling me no, they just won't respond to me when I've asked to schedule him. It's better anyways we've found a much more professional place for him where he acts just fine! Not sure my dogs were treated well here...so BEWARE! "0 Stars"!!!!!!!
