Had it pretty much ready by the time I came to pick it up which was only 10 minutes after my initial phone call.! But the best part is they didn't overcharge me and they gave me a very good rate. I have called and emailed this buisness several times to get a quote and unfortunately I'm told that the person doing the quotes may have lost my email. Per their request, I sent them pictures of my project in order to get a quote over email. I have not received any quotes and when I call to follow up they tell me they must have lost my email, but the person doing the estimates will get back to me. One month, 3 emails, and 4 phone calls later, and no estimate yet. I told the lady on the phone to just tell me if my project was too small for them to just let me know and I could look someplace else. I called later in the morning, but no one answered, so I left a message. The owner, I believe, called me the next morning, worked out the details with me, honoring the original quote, and had the glass finished up by the end of the day, even though I couldn't pick it up until the weekend. (I had accidentally deleted his message so I feel bad not having his name.) If I have any future glass needs, I'll take the time to go back to Camarillo so I can go back here. Had a great experience dealing with this company for my shower glass door. Dealing with Jeff made life easy and was very accommodating. He was able to squeeze in getting it measured during a busy week. He then advised that it could be at least week before our non standard glass and hardware that we wanted would come in and would setup for install. To my surprise, less then a week had passed and got a call that our products were in and wanted to install the next day. I was more then excited the next day to have Eric and Lallo, the installers, show up and install the our shower door and glass for us. They were super quick and efficient and explained what they were going to do and even made a suggestion to give us maximum space available to use. I have used them to do my home remodel and also to do a balcony. The interior work they did was good however when they did the balcony they left the glass filthy. I called Dan and he basically said that is not their policy and they will not clean it. I am disappointed and will not recommend them anymore. 15 minutes with a Windex bottle would have made all the difference. This is a stupid way to run a business. read more
