This post is partially about their fabulous work in matching our antique bookcase beveled door glass. When we were picking up the bookcase door I inquired how to clean water-spotted shower glass. We are renters in Camarillo and the owner recently installed new shower glass. Josh recommended a product called Bio-Clean. I thought "Sure, fat chance this stuff will clean those nasty water spots that are impossible to remove." I am trying to help my elderly neighbor repair her sliding mirror closet doors. Unfortunately the track is bent and she cannot open it. I love my new frameless shower doors! Father and Son team did the installation. It is beautiful and everything works great. Was a little more pricey than I expected, but the cost was worth it. Office staff wasn't the best to work with, but sounds like they were in the middle of a staffing transition, so it wasn't a big deal. I installed this tile shower myself, so the walls weren't completely even but they made the glass doors fit perfectly anyway. They carry low-iron Starfire glass, so we were free of the usual green tint regular glass had which we wanted to avoid to show off our white marble-tiled shower. The owner of this company came out and did this work for us roughly six months ago. The custom shower glass looks great from afar. The detail work on the other hand, is very sloppy and that is extremely disappointing to me. This is the ONLY thing in the bathroom we paid someone to do, we did everything else ourselves. When you're paying someone good money, you expect it to be done well. This was not a cheap job either. I'll let my photos speak for themselves. That being said: All About Glass has done work for me in the past, replacing four windows in my house, and did a great job (pretty sure it was before Yelp existed...). So I went back to them because I love them. They don't work on weekends, and I could only be at my rental on weekends. No problem. Natasha took all the information over the phone, they accessed my property, reviewed the work that needed to be done, contacted me with a quote (which was exceptionally fair for labor and materials) and ordered the parts. They could address all three of the problems my recent tenants had created, including that the locking handle to my sliding glass door was completely gone. The next week, after parts were received, they let me know the day and time they had scheduled to make the repairs. My wife tried to replace it on the Internet but could not find anything that she liked. He didn't call until 10:30 to tell me the job was running late and could I stay home another 2 hours and he'd come? If not, he'd for sure get me in that day at the end. In March I ordered two glass shower doors which included one custom door at $3150. The custom shower door with sand blasting came in with a large chip and was installed that way without telling us. The chip was clearly sanded to try and blend at their shop or here at our house. When we noticed I wrote an email that was direct and I was not happy. The owner called my husband and let him know "that his wife pissed him off and our business was never welcome there again". The owner stated they never saw the chip but did notice the sand blasting was off a fraction of an inch. In the end they replaced the door after denying the whole thing. This is your business and you handle glass all day and I am sure your eyes are drawn right to imperfections. You had an unhappy customer that spent over $4,000 on doors at the end of a remodel. Wow. Great company here. We're new to Camarillo and we had a few projects in mind for our recently purchased home. What first brought me to All About Glass & Mirror was actually a replacement screen for a large picture window. For some reason, the screen had vanished and a replacement from the manufacturer wasn't easy because the serial numbers were missing from the windows. Natasha was a great in helping me properly measure my window frame and now we have a great replacement screen and can enjoy the fresh air in our dining room again! That great experience led to the big project. In the process of remodeling our bathroom, we needed a new glass shower enclosure. The estimate was very thorough with lots of great options and plenty of information. The prices were very competitive so we scheduled the job. We also ordered our bathroom vanity mirrors as well. All About Glass & Mirror works closely with a frame store, so they were able to get our mirrors framed and hung all at once along with the shower enclosure install. The final touch was the installation service. All this was happening around the time of our wedding & honeymoon, so there wasn't much time to be around for the work to be done. I was told not to worry, they do work on clients' homes while they're on vacation all the time. We left a key with them, and when we got home from our honeymoon we found a beautiful shower enclosure and two lovely mirrors hung above our vanity.
