We asked for a quote from My WIndow Solutions, got one that was quite good. We had explained the rationale for getting a replacement window (the leak). Parry sent over his crew right away to caulk around the existing one so we wouldn't get any incursion while waiting for the new one to arrive and get installed. Nice! For this job, I had also asked to have a custom window casing and deep windowsill built. We agreed that I'd buy the materials (a particular trim profile and hardwood species), prime them, and they'd do the cutting and installation. This collaboration worked perfectly.

Never use this company !!! I spent $5800 for a double wood front door 3 years ago. First off, it…read morewas supposed to be primed before installation. It was not. Second, it was a green door, meaning, it was not totally cured and oozed out sap for 4 months. 6 months later, the door cracked. After several months, they agreed to a new door. When it came, it was not measured correctly so I had to wait another 6 months for the next door. so now the door is installed, I had to pay again to get it repainted. Guess what, 6 months later, that new door cracked. They will not replace the door so I have to live with a cracked door since they told me it is past warranty. their solution...pay another $1500 to install a fiberglass door as a replacement. I would not even give this company 1 star if I could.

The demolition andinstallation team of Jose, Gabriel and Jairo could not have done a better job! They were timely, efficient and professional. They demolished the shower and tub one day and took away all the debris. Then, the next day, they built the frame and installed the new walk in shower exactly as we requested. They were pleasant to have on our property and we're considerate in where they set up their workstation and parked their trucks. We did have a challenge posed by the installation day with company coming to visit us... And they worked out a mutually agreed upon date that met our needs. When I messaged him again, he promised he'd come by to complete the job. That day came and went, he canceled, saying he was "too busy." He then assured me his coworker would come over the weekend to finish it, but nobody ever showed up. Constant excuses, missed promises, and zero initiative on his end to communicate. Very disappointing experience after supporting his new business. Save yourself the headache and hire a reliable professional instead.

All About Glass & Mirror was a referral from Martin of Grout Solutions that re-grouted and re-caulked our Master Bathroom/Shower. We still had the builder/contractor enclosure and it was time to replace this. I talked to Natasha, who was really friendly and accommodating on the phone and we set up an appointment for them to come over to see what needed to be done and to give us an estimate but there was a communication error and they never showed up. After this I was a bit apprehensive to hire them but after the job Martin had done for us, I decided to give them a 2nd chance, I am happy I did because they did not disappoint me at the end. Josh came over and removed the old shower enclosure, went over my options in glass and hardware, even suggested to have the enclosure all the way to the end of my tiles and suggested to visit their store to see the glass options/hardware in person (what I did). Josh & Rob came to do the job and I was really happy with the end result. Every time I walk in to our bathroom, I am still in aww I can not stop looking at the end result. I wanted to share with everyone my experience with "All About Glass'. I needed several windows and a slider glass door replaced. After several phone calls to different Glass Companies and Contractors, we decided to go with "All About Glass". When Natasha answered the phone with professionalism and confidence I knew this is the Company I wanted to do business with. After a pleasant conversation with Natasha, we set up a date and time when All About Glass will arrive and change out our windows and slider glass door which would be about 4weeks from our conversation. As the date approached, Natasha kept me informed about the arrival of the windows and slider. On the install day 3 Techs arrived by the name of Josh, Peter and Andy. these 3 gentlemen was very courteous and respectful. I felt at ease with their present. The work was completed and their clean up was to be commended. I cannot express enough about my satisfaction with this Company and their workers. I am so glad that I took the time to track down the NEW ADDRESS AT (930 Flynn Road) Every one in the office is very friendly and helpful. No high pressure sales talk just friendly helpful advice. Free Estimate and measurement. I can not say enough about Robert and his son Joshua who came and did the installation of the new glass and door. They did an excellent and clean job of removing the old glass and installing the new. The pride in their work was obvious. Had a cracked window that needed to be replaced. The staff at All About Windows were all courteous and helpful. They coordinated an appointment to come out and measure the window and called me shortly thereafter with what a felt was a fair quote. Despite the window being a non standard size, they had the replacement available within a week. I was able to meet Josh at my home on my lunch hour and he had the new window fully installed in about 30 minutes. In talking with Josh, I learned that this is a family owned business and they've been working with windows for multiple generations. I highly recommend them and they will absolutely be my one and only call if and when I need glass work done again. read more

This is customer service at its best! I needed to order a piece of tempered glass for a shower enclosure I was making myself. I checked around a few local places. I caught the other glass place lying to me and trying to baffle me with b.s. Not All About Glass, the 2 women in the front office were beyond courteous and knowledgeable about the product and I told them what I needed and then they called me less than 24 hours later to pick up the glass!!! The glass panel was exactly to spec and in perfect condition. The owner helped load it in my truck. Very pleased with them and the product. Highly recommend them! read more

Josh went over and above for us. Late in the day, when other companies I called said, sorry, maybe tomorrow, he was willing to work into the evening to help us secure a broken window. The next day, after taking care of the emergency, he put in the new glass. He recognized the need to secure the home right away and was willing to do it right then. And the charge was very reasonable. So from reviews I see that they do nice home improvement projects, but I can tell you they do just as good a job on the smaller repairs. read more
