Parry sent over his crew right away to caulk around the existing one so we wouldn't get any incursion while waiting for the new one to arrive and get installed. Nice! Michael Crooks was very responsive as a company rep and everything he quoted was delivered just as he said. The quality of the shower is excellent and we love the Koehler fixtures. We chose black on white to assist those with visual deficits and really like how they turned out! The fold down seat is also a plus for those with endurance challenges! The demolition andinstallation team of Jose, Gabriel and Jairo could not have done a better job! They were timely, efficient and professional. They demolished the shower and tub one day and took away all the debris. Then, the next day, they built the frame and installed the new walk in shower exactly as we requested. They were pleasant to have on our property and we're considerate in where they set up their workstation and parked their trucks. I was originally quoted $5,500 for my windows, and the team has been incredibly professional--their employees are responsible and follow up with me consistently. What is truly unheard of in the construction business is what happened next: they actually lowered the final price to $5,300 without me even asking! Usually, prices only go up, so this level of honesty is refreshing. Even though I've had to get multiple quotes for every other trade due to some 'crazy' numbers out there, I didn't even bother looking for a second estimate for the windows. The initial $5,500 was a fair deal for my project, and the final $5,300--which includes the installation--is a total win.
