Express glass recently replaced my glass shower surround, which consisted of only 2 partitions and door. My glass shattered for no apparent reason, I could not determine why since no one was in the bathroom shower at the time. Instead of replacing the one panel that shattered, I had them replace the whole thing. It took a couple of weeks to get the shower surround installed. They did a good job, but I discovered a couple of gouges and scratches on the shower stall. Its all cosmetic considering the cheap material the building contractor but in this tract house. Would I contact them again, of course. read more

Completely awful. Don't know how he is at glass and windows but his customer service is atrocious. Twice he set one hour appointment times to visit my house for window repair and twice he didn't show at all, didn't call, didn't text, no response whatsoever. When I reluctantly, and apparently stupidly, called after the first missed appointment, he didn't apologize, just said that it must have been a missed appointment. They did not come out on time, nor did he call to say I am late. The job he did was adequate, but he overcharged a lot for the job. I do not fuss about what a man thinks he is worth. He ran caulking around the sliding glass door exterior one bedroom window and 3/4 line around a bathroom window and a small seem around a kitchen window. John installed 11 retrofit windows at a better cost than Lowes and with higher quality windows. 6 months later I noticed some water on the inside sill of one of the windows while it was raining. I called John and he was at my house in 30 minutes. Turned out the leak was from a crack in the stucco of the siding and had nothing to do with the window John installed. John spent 1.5 hours at my house caulking the crack and fixing other cracks on the siding...for free. He wouldn't take any money. Stand up guy. Quality work. Best prices. Two thumbs up. I had a sliding door screen that needed to be re-screened. I tried taking the screen off myself but the screws were highly corroded and wouldn't budge. I called every mobile screen repair company in Ventura County and John is the only one who said he would come out to Faria Beach. John not only got screen door off quickly and re-screened it, I had another window screen that had a broken corner and was so corroded I would have put it in the trash. John replaced the corner piece and re-screened that one too. I was very impressed with John's professional abilities and overall great service. John did two shower doors at our house. There is a dividing line between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. John missed the line by about 3 inches. So in other words, the shower door was installed so that the shower tile is now outside of the shower and into the bathroom. I brought my contractor in to take a look. He looked at it and shook his head. There is nothing that we could do now other than rip the shower apart. This is one of the most incompetent things I have seen in a long time. We;re stuck with his mistake. He also installed a bathtub door. It is flimsy and shakes when closing and opening.
