We were on a tight deadline for ordering to be eligible for a rebate after installation, but made it work. We have now been waiting for our rebate for more than two months after the install. We tried reaching out to Eisenbart and Sons repeatedly, but have never gotten a direct answer, we have been ghosted by their management and been cheated out of a more than 1.5 thousand dollar rebate.
