He explained how things work and the different kinds of coverage and really helped me get educated about what I needed. I wanted to purchase my insurance from Rob because he spent so much time with me, however the best plan for me turned out to be one that doesn't pay commissions. Despite that, Rob still helped me with information, phone numbers, etc., even though there was literally nothing in it for him! Within 24 hours, on 08/31/2026 at approximately 3:45PM MST, I received an unsolicited telemarketing call on my phone number from an outbound representative operating on behalf of HBW Leads LLC. During the call, the representative explicitly stated they were calling to connect me with an Allstate agent for an insurance quote. When I questioned how they obtained my information so quickly after my private inquiry with a completely different carrier, the representative claimed that the timing of their call was a mere "coincidence". They also tried to claim it was public data from voting registration. Based on my experience in the IT industry, and the precise next-day timing, this is an obvious evasion. My real-time consumer shopping data was actively intercepted, purchased, or transferred without my explicit knowledge or consent to fuel an aggressive outbound telemarketing solicitation. Furthermore, my phone number is actively registered on the National Do Not Call Registry.
