Loved her work through photos but saw she wasn't accepting new clients and had a waitlist. Thankfully this was 3 months before my move so I expressed interest and she told me to message her again closer to my move. I guess one of her clients moved away so I got lucky and I'm glad! She's in a little studio tucked away, but it is close to Belmont Caltrain station and was just a 15 minute walk from my apartment. I love that she put lash decorations on her door to make it easier to find :) Cindy is very warm, loving, and friendly. I had just met her and she was already treating me like I was a client of hers for years. I had lashes on already from my previous place and she said she could work with what was there vs needing an entirely new set. She also asked me what look I wanted to achieve and she said it would take a couple more sessions since we are building off what's already there. I am excited to see how it turns out :) Wholeheartedly recommend her, and just make sure you get on her waitlist!!

Vivian is trained and continues to keep up with her education. On my first visit she provided good information on her application techniques to either create a rounder eye versus a wider look. She asked probing questions to get a good idea as to what I wanted. She asked about my work out regime and makeup, explaining how heat and oil affects the lash adhesive. I told her my lash extensions would curl sideways. She explained why and vowed that kind of application would never happen at her studio. At the end of our first visit I left pleased with my new, very natural look. Three weeks later, I returned with most of my extensions still working for me. I've been with Vivian for all of 2025 now. I'm hooked. I am a loyal Vivian @ Lux Lashus fan! She gauges whether I want a quiet hour to snooze or to talk about life and love. She's such a kind, warm spirit with a very loyal client base, and for good reason. You can schedule with her via text, and she is quite flexible to accommodate you as best as she can. She's so detailed and gentle; the entire process was painless and I feel like she took her time to give me the best results.
