Don't believe what you read, heard. You have to experience it. My experience for Microblading procedure at Celestial lashes and skincare result was awful. My eye brows became thinner than before Microblading. And it requires two appointments to complete the Microblading. I couldn't get second touch up appointment to complete because Nicole Doesn't response phone calls, I have such difficulty to get hold of Nicole Tapia for touch up. No response from Celestial Lashes. Nicole Tapia did Microblading procedure for me on 05/26. The procedure was taking place in the back of the hallway. It was dark hallway. I was wearing mask due to her comment of her family tested Covid positive. .. Nicole never asked to see my face or see my picture, instead she blind sighted preformed Microblading procedure quickly. I was advised to call her for touch up within 5 weeks. I started to call since last week 06/26 to make an appointment for touch up. No response! I posted the request for an appointment on Celestial Lashes and skillcare web site, no answer. The procedure was quick. The cost was not cheap $400 + Tip of $80. The results are poor. The apprentice was worsted before. Nicole was overly thinner my eye brows. And she will not respond to you for touch up.. you will never get your message answered. The service was quick, the website misleading people. That was my experience with Celestial Lashes. read more

Nicole is a gem! I have booked lash extensions with Nicole for over 5x's now and even booked one for my sister. E N V I R O N M E N T The place is really clean and tranquil. I always feel extremely comfortable when I receive my eyelash extensions. There's calming music in the background that feels relaxing and I always fall asleep. I repeat, always. I try really hard not to fall asleep because I feel like it's awkward to fall asleep on your lash technician because god knows what happens (jolting, snoring, sleep talk?). Overall, I'm sure it happens a lot here and I know I'm not the only one. S E R V I C E The consultation portion at the beginning was well communicated. You choose what style and length you prefer and Nicole will make some suggestions based on your preference. Nicole has a soft touch, and trust me this is important because I've met lash technicians who were rough. I never felt any tug on my lashes or glue at the wrong spots. I've been seeing Nicole since I think October 2017. I've been with her since the classic set days and here we are not being able to live life without my volume sets/ fills. She is seriously so good at what she does. She is so nice and she's very light and gentle with her hands. I always catch myself falling asleep and snoring so loud every time I lay on that very comfy and may I mention HEATED bed. Like literally EVERY visit, no lie. Lash naps are the best!! Every time someone compliments my eye lash extensions, I have to refer them to her because every visit, my eyelashes looks better and better. Nicole does amazing work! I recently went in for lash extensions & it's been a little over a week now and I absolutely love them!! Nicole was very patient and took her time ensuring that my lashes came out perfect. I opted for a more natural look since this was my first time with extensions and I usually don't wear falsies or mascara on a regular basis but I do wear eyeliner regularly. Since I got my extensions, I haven't even felt the need to wear eyeliner as my lashes already look amazing as is. 3rd time is a charm!!! 1st shop experience - only one length, thickness and shape offered. Because I didn't know any better, I ended up with Vegas ready lashes when I had requested a classic medium volume set. After a few fills, the glue started to clump up. 2nd shop experience - the lash fall out rate was ridiculous, prices were outrageous and my eyes were left feeling goopy and stung often. There were times I left after a fill with less lashes then I went in with. And then there was Nicole! Being fairly skeptical about lash extensions, I decided to give it one more shot. I was surprised to see that it was totally worth it! I haven't had a single lash fall out and if there was one it seemed as though there were layers of other lashes so it didn't leave me with a gap. My set still looks and feels super fresh after a week whereas other experience left me feeling like I had been scammed. With Nicole's work, there's been no stinging, no goopy eyes, strong lash extensions that are light as a feather with the perfect amount of volume and shape. I'm so happy with them. She really takes her time, primers, cleans and cures the glue. I could tell she catered to each and every one of my natural lashes. I would highly recommend her. read more

This review is long overdue for NICOLE!! I first started seeing Nicole for my eyelash extensions in January. I was pretty nervous because I had extensions a long time ago before but they were so painful and stiff and ripped off nearly all my eyelashes. It was awful and I swore never to get them again. Buuut I had seen a lot of posts about them and did a lot more research on places I should go and came across this little shop in Millbrae. I went the first time and didn't really know what to ask for but Nicole was soo sweet and knew exactly what I meant. I like more of a natural look so I asked her for "wispy but not too long but I want people to see theyre there" and that's exactly what I got! I got another full set came again this month after giving my lashes a rest because I wanted fuller lashes for Coachella and I was an hour late to our appointment (I had put the wrong time in my calendar) and somehow she still managed to squeeze me in and give me an amaaaazing full set! I went to Nicole for my semi permanent eyebrow tattoo. I have never had a steady hand to fill in my own brows and can never get that perfect shape. After getting my eyebrows done by Nicole I don't have to worry about that anymore I wake up with perfectly shaped and shaded in brows everyday. This is the first time I do the eyelashes extensions and it was a great experience! Nicole is amazing, she makes sure you are relax during the procedure and does exaclty what you ask her to! I wanted a natural look as I was going on vacation and everyone complimented my lashes during my vacation! Since i was at the beach a lot I didnt take so good care of them, so I am not sure if I will refill them or just decide to survive with my natural no lashes. I will defenitely do at least one more refill just to make it through thanksgiving with them but it was overall a great experience, Nicole is fast to respond, the procedure took less than 2 hours and the price is more than fair! Nicole is professional and very nice. I had my lashes permed and the time spent there was so peaceful and quiet. I think I dozed off a few times. I needed that!! My lashes look naturally curled and I'll be coming back when I need them redone. I had no problems getting in touch with her either. I actually just emailed her through the Yelp site. Love my lashes by Nicole! She's got a great hand, and my lashes look full but natural. I'm very picky with my lashes, but Nicole has been doing a great job. I also like that she just lets me lay there and lets me rest. She's easy to get a hold of, but the only down side is that she's available during only very specific times of the day.
