I dropped it off on 10/8. When I dropped it off I had told them I would be wearing it on the 20th. I was told it should take about a week, I went in on the 18th and it wasn't ready. The alteration person had a family emergency, so I asked for the dress back and he said we can't get to it. It's in a place only that particular person can get to. So now I have no dress my entire family flew in. I decided to wear a dress I had in my closet. I finally picked up the dress and let's just say I need to take it somewhere else to get it finished. I was also charged For the service. They seemed so nonchalant about the whole thing. It really upset me. I went through so much trouble to find the dress and I couldn't wear it and it's not even done properly.

She carefully inspected each drape before taking possession and then, after cleaning one drape, had us come back to inspect it and make sure we were "happy" with the result. We were! Happy even finished dry cleaning all of the drapes before the day she had estimated. In addition, she redid minor loose stitches and made sure the drapes would last. They are now so bright and finally rid of 10 years of dust and dirt!

It's off the side of one of the major surface street roads and has its own parking. The couple who run it are friendly and seem to have a good business. Initially the wife was a little concerned about whether their partner who does pressing could do a full pleat, but after speaking with him, they confirmed it was doable. I left the skirt with them for dry cleaning and pleat pressing. It took a week and the end result was perfect. It almost looked brand new. Pricing was pretty fair. In terms of dry cleaning and pressing, they are good option to consider.

Dropping them off was a disaster as the cashier put the wrong prices in about 8 times. When returning to pick up they told me that the ones I asked about ahead of time were unable to be cleaned. The woman that I dropped them off with came out from the back and said "she's finally here to pick them up?" and then proceeded to tell me to take them to a laundromat. When i took in my shirts and pants the young girl behind the counter told me they offer same day service if you drop off by 9am. She also said since it was in the afternoon she would not get them back till the following day normally. I said that is fine. I took out my clothes and separated them out on the counter for her while she took my info. She then told me that due to the amount i had, 25 shirts and 4 pants that they may need a extra day with them. So i left them with her a bit puzzled that that amount may need an extra day. I told her I wanted heavy starch as i like my shirts creased and stiff. I returned the following day after 5 on a whem that they would be back. She tells me "I told you we will not have them back till tomorrow" So i said thanks i just thought with you having same day service you would have them back this evening. I came back the following morning and they had them back. When i took a quick look at them i noticed they had no creases in the sleeves. I inquired about the starch and creases not being present. The lady told me ohh we don't do creases and yes they are starched as you asked. I then said this is the first time i got my shirts back from any cleaners with out creases. She said this is normal for them. I then promptly paid the $100 bill and started to gather my stuff when she said, oh we kept a shirt due to there being a stain on it, and it will be ready tomorrow. I said ok thank you. I returned the next evening to find out they kept 5 shirts, Which i know most if not all did not have stains on them. So after handing me the remaining part of my order, she told me I owed them an additional $25 for those shirts. So With all that being said. I feel they Lied to me to cover their lateness on having my order ready, They failed to properly starch my shirts. Their customer service is next to none. If they would have offered to send the shirts back and starch them properly and tell me the truth about the missing shirts i would not have wrote this review this way. I recommend anyone looking for a place to due their dry cleaning to use another company unless you enjoy being lied to and taken advantage of.

Tucked away behind Rite Aid on the corner of 160 & Gold Hill- We have gone to Long's for many…read moreyears (I remember when they didn't have a dry thru ha!) Of course they do a great job but it's the people that work there that keep me coming back. All are personable and easy going while getting the job done. Lets face it, there are many good cleaners in this area-- I prefer to deal with nice friendly & helpful people behind the counter VS someone that cant help showing they are annoyed a customer has interrupted them by walking in the door. When someone at Long's asks me how I have been doing... I know they are genuine in asking.
