In addition, we clearly specified that NO scented products were to be used. We got our clothes back reeking of some nauseating perfumed laundry product. All of our clothes will have to be rewashed. I don't know whether the stench will come out even then. My husband is severely disabled and uses crutches and a wheelchair. I am usually his sole caregiver and do the laundry myself. I broke my ankle 2 weeks ago and had surgery. I can barely stand up on crutches. I can not walk any distance at all. This facility is in Mesa AZ, not Charlotte.

Only two customers in the store and they were only 4 to 5 washing machines available, all the other ones are temporary not working. But once you wash your clothes then you have an issue of drying them seem like 90% of their dryers are broken. Would not recommend this place for anybody.
