This is the CLEANEST and most organized laundromat I've seen in my life. There is an attendant that works here, sells different variety of detergent, has a coffee machine, soda machine and a clean functioning bathroom. The machines take quarters only, no Apple Pay, but they have a change machine that takes $1, $5, $10, and $20 bills. They also have 3 TVs spread throughout the laundromat and sectional couch to boot! read more

The ladies that work here are very sweet and nice and helpful. The place is always very clean. The machines are not stinky. The dryers work very well. You can park in the front or in the back. And if you're hungry, or need a drink. There's places on both side sides of you.. I used to use another laundromat down the street, but it went out of business. So I went here today to wash a bedspread and I gotta say the place was fine for a coin laundromat. I mean it was clean, the machines were working the lady that works there was wiping them down after people use them. I didn't see a problem as long as you stayed there and watched your clothes. It is clean, safe and all washers/dryers were working unlike a nearby laundromat that I used previously, who had more washers/dryers that didn't work than those that did. Very nice laundromat in Pineville on Park Road near AAA car care . Lots of machines with various Size capacities to meet your needs. Prices Range from $7.00 to $3.00. Free coffee and tv to watch while you wait . Seating areas are comfortable and nice. The facility is very up to date . The only issue I had to complain about was the facility is kinda small- so you find yourself constantly feeling like you're in someone's way. The isles are very tight and there's not much room when you need to roll a basket to unload or load a machine. I Constantly felt like I was in someone's way. Owners are constantly wiping , sweeping and available for any assistance you may need. There's vending machines with snacks and bottled water available to purchase . Also change machines . Soap and softener available to purchase. If you need a nice updated laundromat... this is your place . Hopefully I'll not be visiting here too often. read more

I told the lady it was my first time here and she walked me through the whole process , and even came by when I was loading my clothes to see if I had any questions. Super clean and shiny place. All the machines are industrial type which helps a lot! The prices are reasonable and they also sell supplies in case you forgot some at home. I've lived around the corner from this Laundromat for 3 years and I love it here. It's always clean and there are plenty of machines available. They even have laundry items available for purchase that are reasonably priced. The staff here is always so kind and helpful. Last year, I was going through a hard time and I made the mistake of leaving my clothes in one of their dryers for two days. Ridiculous I know. Their signs clearly state they are not responsible for clothing left in their machines, but I decided to stop by anyway to see if by some miracle they would still be there. I stopped by the counter to tell the employee my situation and she was so nice and understanding. She asked one of her other co workers to check the back to see if any of the other employees bagged up my clothing in the back. He went back there and actually found them!!! Every single light piece of clothing I owned! I was so happy I could cry! They really didn't have to do that but they did and that speaks volumes about the people this establishment hires. read more

Today July5, 2023 the same lady is working as was June 25, 2023 and just like my visit then the lady working was invasive of my working space. I need to speak with the owner of the establishment or if there is a manager I need to speak with them. This location is nearest me and I'll be damned if I have to go somewhere else to wash when I need to. But her behavio, at least in my case has really been childish as well as good customer service exempt. I will have it looked into to see if this business is part of the Better Business Bureau and if not I'll have my research extended to eventually speak to an appropriate agent to resolve this issue. On today July 5, 2023 this same female was sweeping the laundromat. Only three people including myself were in there. She stopped sweeping to walk near the front desk area to get the dust pan which I'm doing so she walked directly behind me. No problem there. However, on her walk back, she stopped right next to the space where I was folding my clothes and swept with the broom which was only inches away from brushing my feet. I immediately addressed it with her and she started acting like she didn't know what I was talking about. Now, please understand that my June 25, 2023 visit here was similar and I posted a complaint/review at that point. Mind you, for the same person. I have yet to see any management around to address my concerns with, she wouldn't provide me with a number in which to reach management by phone. Finally, "grown adults" can't handle themselves in an adult way and she is a reason why our community of people and the people all over the world stay at odds and are making no progreas toward an utopian society. I am a philanthropist and CMS Charlotte Mecklenberg Schools school teacher and I promise tese two experiences with this person have been like dealing with one of my elementary students or middle school students behavior when they've done something wrong in class, behavior wise. I need your head manager or the business owner to get in touch with me ASAP. This is ridiculous and needs to be fixed by the next time I come in here about two weeks. As one of your paying customers I shouldn't have to come in here and correct and discipline this lady or anyone for that matter who is supposed to be providing the best customer service possible to customers. I've been to Pineville Coin Laundry a few times now for wash and fold service. It's an unassuming place, not very fancy. But, the staff is always friendly and quick to help. They are open late and will try their best to service your clothes on the same day. The wash always smells good and is folded well; it's hung on hangers when appropriate. Their pricing for clothing and towels is very competitive to other services. I do recommend PCL if you need prompt wash and fold service in the Pineville/Ballantyne area. The one thing that keeps me from 5 stars is that I do find their bed linen pricing to be a bit more than I find comfortable, as it is charged on a per piece basis. read more

It's got super sized one that is good for my messy winter blanket. $6 for the super sized six loads. $2 for double load. The dryer gets hot faster than my hair dryer. Prepare by getting your own detergent and softener. c. Bear in mind it is a latino-run business and their english isn't the best. I just had to wash my comforter and didn't want to overextend my washing machine at home. This laundromat wasn't too busy. It was clean, there was a coin exchange machine, so I was able to break my money down right there. If you need to buy detergent, dryer sheets and a few items if the like, you can do so there. I usually have a pleasant experience at this laundromat so I don't know if this attendant was new or what. The attendant working on 3/16/2022 at around 2:30 3pmish was very rude and very racist and wasn't very shy about it or trying to hide it. She make racial comments and remarks as ethnic people came in. She went out of her way to also bother and make the patrons uncomfortable. I will not be using this laundromat anymore if she is not removed and I will advise everyone else to do the same. read more

My dryer is out and I needed to wash. I saw good reviews here so I chose to go a bit further since the closer locations had reviews of broken machines and unclean floors. The place was packed!!! And yet I was still able to find open washers, dryers and folding space. No available wheeled baskets, but that was fine. They had plenty of supplies available and change machines. There was wifi and TV. I was able to get in and out in just over an hour. Until the dryer is repaired I will continue to visit this location. read more

Much better than the 24-hr laundromat on South Blvd. Located in a strip mall close to everything, I am happy I found this place. Clean, modern, all amenities needed. At the counter, there is a wide selection of detergents and softeners to purchase. Adequate seating and plenty of flat screen tvs to watch. Attendants are friendly. The place is so clean!!!! Attendants are constantly sweeping and wiping to keep the place in order. When I walked in, a little baby behind the counter said "How are you?" It was the cutest thing, the baby was very young, but said it so clearly. The machines were new and worked well. You can tell the owners care about their business and customer service. I wish it was a little bigger so that there is more room to get around, but can't have it all. I hope to get my new washer soon, but will still come here to wash large items like my comforters. Went here to wash my king size winter comforter. They had a machine large enough to handle the job and it came out so clean, it was like new. Ruth, the attendant that day, was super-helpful and friendly. She even offered me free coffee! The place was really clean, not seedy in any way and not at all like you'd expect for a laundromat.
