So wouldn't that be $89.98. Well, when you call it come out to something like $120.00 a month and that is without equipment. So I don't know what the hell they are doing except it is very deceptive and disingenuous in nature. After I was shocked by the bait and switch I wanted to leave a complaint for the marketing department, but was transfered around and around until I was put on eternal hold. So my grade for Spectrum is an F- They just completely suck!

It is June 18th and the new development Andy neighbors still don't have service. I went through High Desert Internet on JMay 31 and have had great service. Call them. Spectrum's leadership failed us and I plan on calling the Nevada Public Service Commission and filing a complaint. They are a public ally regulated company that let us down. Many of us depend on their services to earn a living to provide for our families. Their no big nte gritty or reliability when you work with Spectrum. When they tell you something based on my experience don't believe them. My real rating is zero.

My print job involved a complicated process: 300+ pages, 18 report chapters with custom-printed divider tabs to be inserted, and color-specific covers/backs + a large size spiral bind. But these components were the easiest part of the project that Debra and team tackled! My client's last extremely last-minute edits to the report (one day before Debra was scheduled to be out of the office and the client was scheduled to leave the country), is where Debra's team displayed superhero customer service. A project that we mutually agreed would need 3 days to print, insert tabs, and assemble, was all accomplished in 24 hours. I fully expected to arrive at Allegra's office in Reno (45 minutes from my office) to pick up all the separate components that I would manually put together myself because of the last-minute edits. When they brought out the box of fully assembled reports, completely ready to go, I literally got teary-eyed. I couldn't believe the lengths that Debra and her team went to, to get this project over the finish line, given the extraordinary circumstances. I was looking at a day of stress and scrambling to assemble the reports and then find someone who could spiral bind them so I could meet my client before they flew out that same day. Instead, I had the exact opposite day. And I fully expected to pay double what I was charged - just based on the pain in the butt factor of this project! The value of print job and customer service were outstandingly priced. I can't say enough great things about Allegra ... I've used all the other print options out there, including online and local big print shops. I'm taking the time to write this now because I'm about to order another big print job. CC communications is an Ok isp here is what it has Pros:…read moreit's fast it's reliable it's affordable This company has good speeds their consistantly what you paid for with little to no down time in the 5 years i've used them. and at 70$ for 150up and down that's a tough price to beat in the area i found my self in This cons from this company are very specific and you should read this if you play online video games. the cons are that this isp seems to block a ton of peer to peer connection ports making quite a few games using p2p connections essentially useless and unplayable without a VPN and even them some games like DOTA2 don't work even with a VPN. the customer service is a joke when asking for an explanation or way to fix it they offered no real help and just said that's how it's going to be and even tried to imply it wasn't to do with their internet service, but after switching ISPs to Spectrum all those issues disappeared almost as if it was their service causing it. Even outside of games i've had several programs that connect to the internet to conduct actions on the program and with cccomms they would always cut out and think they've lost connection despite not losing connection in any other program but once again after changing Isps my problems vanished. so be careful and make an informed descision

They were pretty good, and cost me a little over $60- for 250 cards. When they ran out I finally did the smart thing and went to my friend Russell Hicks, who has been in the printing business for well over 30 years, which frankly is what I should have done to begin with. I just got my order. The turn around was every bit as fast as VistaPrint (faster, actually), the cards much nicer thanks in no small part to Russ's personal attention and expertise, and - get this - I got 1,000 cards for LESS than $60-! So I got 4X the cards, which were nicer and higher quality, for LESS money than I paid to VistaPrint! Lesson learned. Thank you Russ; and if anyone needs any kind of printing done you should call, email, send a message by carrier pigeon, or stop by and talk to Russ at Sandell's Printing; it's not often that the pros are way cheaper than the hacks, you'll be glad you did.
