So many cute notecards, stickers, planners and so much more! Parking is easy too and service was great. Can't wait to see what they have for Halloween and Christmas!

We got samples about a year ago, and we decided to call her and talk with her about her options and pricing. She wasn't available when I called, but the nice young lady who answered gave us a quick rundown. Cool, no problem. It was helpful. She even took down my number and said Jessica would call us back with more information. To her point, she did. She was, as far as I could tell, very nice and helpful. We discussed a few things about customization, and she said that would be no problem. I said great. She then said she would need to reach out to someone she knew about the customization, and she would call me back by the middle of the following week. That conversation was on 7/31/2026. She said if I didn't hear from Her by the middle of that week. To call her back. I gave her that entire week because I understand she has a business and can get busy. I'm not her only potential client. Makes sense. So I called on 8/10/2026. Which was a Monday. But they were closed on that day. Which is fine. No big deal. I then called on 8/11/2026 which was Tuesday, twice. I left a message. No response or call back. Maybe she didn't want to work with my husband and me. That's okay. The product she makes seems very appealing and nice. It was the best one we saw from the other business we had checked out. But I guess we will have to go with one of them since they haven't reached back out and won't answer the phone. So if you're local, you can swing by and probably, maybe, have a good experience. But we didn't. Just be careful. I wished it worked out because we really want to work with her. But oh well.

I love the selection; however, I feel like they have limited offerings. The blind boxes are lacking, pokemon is popular, yes. But so is Disney, SailorMoon, Sword Art, Jujutsu Kaisen, etc... don't get me wrong. I do like the ones they have [overall], just would like to see some other options. A lot of these blind boxes are what you could find if you were to go to Japan and visit their gashapon locations. I would LOVE to see an entire row of those machines stocked in there. I'd probably go broke if they did that. As for service. The staff is typically friendly, but I did hear them tell others they couldn't bring drinks or food in there. I get it. They want to protect the goods and let's be honest here folks. People NO LONGER care about others property. People are so careless and have an attitude of, 'Oh, well, too bad' and don't care if they stain something that now has to be written off. You may not like it, but be respectful. It's really not that hard folks. I hope that they change it up a little though and bring in more stuff. I also hope that someday people will understand that this is a collectables store with stationery.

Last week I (a visibly black/poc man) went into the store just to browse around for a gift and at first saw another customer who I thought was the worker. As I walked further into the store this customer left and that's when the worker and I both noticed each other. She was playing some good music at first that I really liked so I noticed when the next song started playing but abruptly stopped. The music cut off only to be replaced by LOUD chimp and monkey noises. At first I was shocked and thought maybe it was a mobile game or a ringtone but the ape noises continued to play for AT LEAST 30 seconds plus there was a distinct pause in the music followed by the sounds. I finally looked back at the employee and when I turned back around the sounds stopped playing after a few seconds only for them to be replaced by music. I walked around the store some more because i genuinely could not register what happened and was trying to make sense of the situation. As I circled around the store though I realized that the noises were STILL playing just very faintly to which they only stopped when I looked back at the worker again. I left the store after telling my friends and partner about it over the phone, but could not focus on anything else because I was just so disgusted and angry. I'm sure no one will get in trouble because people like that tend to stick together but I just had to leave a complaint because it has continued to bother me even after several days. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt but the fact that it played for so long and multiple times leads me to believe it was purposeful, not a badly timed ringtone or game.

Larissa of Papercake Designs was terrific to work with. She did such a fabulous job on or wedding…read moreinvitations, and we got a lot of compliments on them from our guests, that we asked her to create a lot of other things for the event, including menus, escort cards, table cards, welcome sign, party favor jar labels and framed drink, dessert and hors d'oeuvres menus. She was prompt and professional and worked with us to get the exact right design that we wanted for everything. For certain events, you want so much to go right and you want to be able to express your own style and personality in all the details. Larissa's great work allowed us to do this with every design that she worked on with us. We can't recommend her talent and professionalism and the care she puts into her work and into ensuring that it gets delivered on time highly enough! Thank you, Larissa! :)

AMAZING. That's all you need to know. If you're planning an event and need invitations /…read morestationery, stop now and email Larissa. You won't be sorry. If you actually need more information (geez), keep reading. From the beginning, Larissa was the most consistently easy and fun part of our wedding planning process. We contacted her and set up a time to meet - in a cafe in Dogpatch. She snagged us a table big enough to spread out swatches, past invitations so we had something to go on, wording suggestions, etc etc etc. Being the indecisive (and somewhat uncreative) people we are, my then-fiance and I needed all the visuals to give us that spark. Using Larissa's suggestions, we picked a design and colors, but wanted to make it more personal and tailored to our zoo wedding, so we asked her to add some animal silhouettes to an existing design. Back-and-forth emails - our requests, Larissa's suggestions, sample pdf's for us to approve, wording, escort cards, one layer or two?, dinner icons (we had 2 different kinds of chicken, and she was actually able to clearly make distinctions for our wait staff). Every response was prompt, deadlines were met (even when our RSVP list changed multiple times **in the few days before our wedding**), and payment was a breeze. Practically speaking, Larissa also was able to suggest options that would minimize our postage and minimize our aggravation when stuffing our envelopes. And in the end, we got these beautiful, whimsical yet elegant invitations that got so many compliments from our guests ("That is the cutest invitation I've ever seen!"). We. Loved. Them. LOVED.
