This is the best dentist ever!!!! I've been going here for two years now and I'm in love with this office! I've never had a doctor listen to me every time I come in. Doctor kaur is a great dentist, who even teaches her techniques to other dentist. Needless to say I've been in pain and they get me in right away with compassion. I've been scared and three people will comfort me, grab me a blanket and take their time numbing me. They worked with me when I needed time paying things and are always so personable. I recently got my wisdom tooth taken out as a emergency procedure by Dr. Park, which scared me.... I'm use to Dr. Kaur. Dr. Park has not only been kind and patient with my fears, she has texted me to see how my recovery and pain management is going. it can't get any better than this office! I honestly don't normally write reviews but I'm going on two years of them going up and beyond a normal dentist care. You won't be sorry to trust this dentist. Do not go to this office . They performed digital impressions without my permission or knowledge in attempts to commit me to use them for a crown .The doctors will suggest procedures you don't need to increase their bottom line as well and will attempt to sell you everything from 25$ toothpaste , water flossing, electric toothbrushes , guards, etc . They have fake positive reviews on google burying real reviews from real people and are just shameless . They can't be trusted and will by no means allow them to provide any services to myself or family . They also wanted to attempt to charge 150 dollars to see a periodontist out of pocket in their office and I just made a appointment with Periodontal professionals who didn't charge a thing except copay . This office is the worst and churn with employees is at such a high rate you never see the same people . Don't allow these people to perform services and think they can charge whatever they want without your authorization. If they attempted to charge you for services you didn't request or authorize? Don't pay it and report them while taking them court . What they do to people is not right And don't let them get away with it . DONT GO To this dentist. Save yourself the aggravation. Waited two weeks for the doctor to call me back and still waiting. Wanting to speak about being billed for services I didn't authorize? On google the doctor states that you should call her office but when you do and leave a message your just ignored . If they don't delete the charges not authorized as I'm not getting a crown in at a dentists office I don't trust . I will litigate the matter and expose them in the courts . Off to google reviews I go now but they just bury real reviews with fake positive reviews . I've been seeing the dentists and hygienists at this clinic for about 1 1/2 years. Previously I had many dental issues. I couldn't be more pleased with the care I've received. Extensive dental work that was professionally done with no issues at all. I've used their dental plan since I have no dental insurance. If I could give this Dentist negative stars I would. I had a root canal done. The tooth just didn't feel right when I came back for my crown. When I questioned the Dentist she was very short with me. Looked at the tooth and then snapped her gloves off above my face so that all of the funk went all over my face. That made my decision easy to not return. Recently my mom had two crowns fall off for no reason. She went to a new dentist located where she now lives. To her dismay and surprise she was told the crowns were never sealed on properly and because of that her teeth were decaying under the crowns. The crowns were originally put in by Dr. Singh. My Mom who is on a fixed income is now out $2k for two root canals and two new crowns due to the hack job Dr. Singh did on her. Do yourself a favor and look for any other dentist than Dr. Singh. Vibrating chairs and soft music are hiding secrets in that office. Looking back I've never been to an office than has 2 employees who handle billing. Your "Neighborhood" Dentist? I would call this office the farthest thing from neighborly. Their priorities lay first and foremost with finances and not with building relations with their patients/customers! I understand as a business that numbers must be discussed but ignoring a patient's needs is not OK. I was given neither pain medication nor antibiotics after having my tooth extracted. I returned 7 days later to tell them I was still in a lot of pain. On my second visit I was told I would be given antibiotics which was never followed up on. Instead I had a lengthy conversation both times about upcoming charges for dental procedures. I called few days later still in pain and left a voicemail. I was told after the third time asking for medication, that I would finally receive antibiotics! What a hassle to finally be heard 2 weeks after the original tooth extraction. After my next visit, I will not be returning to this place. I need a dentist that values my needs as a patient more than they value making money. read more

Having just moved back to the area and in need of a dentist, I found this one in the Yellow Pages- BONUS- they accepted my insurance. Downfall- my insurance was NOT recognizing me yet- only two days into the new policy- but Your Neighborhood Dentist to the rescue! They offered me their special cleaning and when the insurance issue was straightened out they applied that payment to my deductible and I had the full treatment on my next visit. The staff was great, the wait was short and payment plans for big dental procedures are offered. read more

I use to work there. Let me tell you it's the worst place ever. I had to quit and many others is leaving as well and one who found another job with my help. Dr Kaur telling people "when I say jump, ask how high" as if she's god! And Savi, yelling at me infront of a patient in the parking lot because she didn't want me being on the property after quitting, but I was only there because a patient of THEIRS told me to meet her there because she made me corn bread. So she yells at me for still being NICE to her patients even though I don't work there! The patient was so upset!!!! Her as the manager should know how to talk to someone especially in front of a patient. It's a shame. And they're gonna continue losing people. One of the reasons why I left was because all you see is workers arguing and crying due to the way Dr Kaur talks to them. I would know. I worked there. And for the short amount of time I been there, I've seen it all. I've seen too much. She is toxic and so is that place. I gave my heart and sweat to that place and made a lot of nice friends with the patients and made them feel like home, when I didn't even feel that way myself. Not real happy with the service I received. 1st To clarify I did go to them via group-on(1st mistake). I was told it was $49.00 charge for cleaning, xrays and exam. This is per the group-on deal. The people there are very nice and professional ,but feel it was a bait and switch deal. When I went into the room for a cleaning I asked the amount I was told $69.00 and told them it should be $49.00 the said it was a fluoride treatment they highly advised. I indicated if it was that important why am I just hearing about it now. Why wasn't I told in advance or quoted $69.00 up front. They removed the treatment. They started the cleaning and started to perform a gum exam-periodental gum exam. I asked if they could skip this part. They said it is required and I then insisted to skip it. I realize this is my bad. The exam is a very important part of detecting early gum issues. I just didn't want my gums beat up and choose to skip this part. The Dr. Sionia K Singh came in and told me and I quote. When my peers ask me why I didn't do the exam what should I tell them. Really that argument. I told her to tell them the patient refused it. After a few long discussions they had me sign a waiver saying such. Looking back I should have just did it. The cleaning went down hill from there. I have had 2 two cleaning per year for most of my life (I'm 51). This by far was the worst cleaning. The lady was nice but pretty rough and never once offered to rinse. Twice I started choking and had to ask to rinse and 2 other times I could feel the druel running down my face. After the cleaning the dr. never came back in the xrays were never talked about. To there defense I did sign the waiver saying I just wanted a cleaning and no gum exam, but I thought they wold at least go over xrays. Heck they charged me for them(invoice states-$29.00 cleaning plus $20 for xrays). I did call and ask why they never talked to me about xrays and was told she would call. It has been over a week with no call. Needless to say I'm not interested in going back. read more

I gave them a 5 stars at my first appointment. Today I was very disappointed,they made me wait 40 minutes with my 3 years old and my 7 months old baby and when they saw me going out then the front desk girl came to me and told me that my hygienist was in vacation and they were trying to put me with another one. I mean,they sent me 4 text reminding me the appointment and called me saying again. Why they didn't told me? Why they made me wait without explanation? Anyway,if I go again is because I paid in advance. So,you just be sure that you are to receive the treatment you need with the person you want. read more

Terrible experience. DR Singh repaired a tooth for me, which I wanted repaired but she should have not repaired it. I was two other dentist I needed a root canal. DR Singh to get my money fixed a tooth, which immediately abscessed and became infected. She billed my two insurances for this and put on a temporary cap, telling me that the tooth would be fine and it would last years with her repair. I could never chew on the tooth and could feel a bump above it at times, but I water pick and floss much so I though this would go away. I almost think she did the tooth the way she did, so that she could bill for more later when she did the root canal or implant. I did go to a different dentist who did a root canal. My tooth feels wonderful AFTER ANOTHER DENTIST FIXED IT. SPECIAL NEEDS PARENTS BEWARE!!!! She trying to get into your market with IV sedation BEWARE--she could care less,it about the $ only. I used her for my son who has a hard time going to the dentist and has sensory problems. Her staff, which the office has so many people handing the financial parts of her business but no one know anything, gave me a quote on my sons work. The quote was much lower than what I paid and was asked to pay, as my son was sedated with a nurse anesthesia in the other room (the definition of being caught off guard in a sticky situation). I had no choice but to pay, but I was so unprepared (and they wanted it then) to pay they gave me a terrible quote--asking for twice as much as they quoted. After paying much to have my sons teeth done (with two insurances), I found that the doctor had over charged me $2500. She would not return this money to me for months and the dentist thought that I was difficult asking for it. Also, for all the money I spent she failed to fixed two of the larger problems that my son had with two of his teeth. As I continued to ask for my $2500 back, which they wanted to keep for future work (I did not want to do this, I wanted the money back to pay my credit card)--they sent me a letter dropping my son (who needed a sedation dentist so badly) as a patient with work undone. Do not go to this dentist. She knows how to work the system for money and does (not too honest). Her pockets are her major concern. Her staff is comprised of too many people to handle the business, who do not know how to give a correct quote for work nor provide customer service.
