Daughter had to get 2 root canals not to long ago and currently at another dentist fixing their bad job, very infected and painful. And was told the root canal was unnecessary so they're just doing anything to make money, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Next stop, the lawyer office, need to shut this place down. read more

I came to the office for a few cavities in 2024. The first day I walked into the office I was there for 5 hours and they preformed 3 root canals and 3 crowns. The first crown popped off within the first 2 weeks, the second crown came off after 3 months, and the 3rd and final crown they installed came off 6 months later. Mind you two of the crowns were put on my front teeth!!! Both posts broke and now I've been toothless for the last 2 months waiting on implant consultations which are going to cost me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS! THIS DENTIST RUINED MY LIFE!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE! They charge up your insurance, use bad products and the female dentist is unexperienced and does not care! I wish I never went here! I cry almost everyday! Wait times have been pretty much zero every time I've gone. I had some pretty serious stuff going on due to a horrific fear of dentists and everyone here was super nice to me. I was able to get thru it and they worked with me on cost since I don't have insurance. I will be continuing to come here because I feel like they actually care about me as a person and not just dollar signs. I'd recommend anyone to come here. read more

I have never had an issue here! the staff was lovely friendly to us. my daughter needed a filling one time and they did not give her a lot of gas -- someone said they gave their kids way too much. mine was fine they dealt with my child so professionally they were amazing wit the kids. always have a good experience here. The reception and staff were nice. The actual job of my cleaning wasn't good at all. It took me 1 1/2 to even start a regular cleaning. They even polished my teeth before scraping and cleaning then. My teeth didn't feel clean at all. Will not return. read more

My daughter was in and out in no time! (8 fillings EEEEK) but while you wait they must have 10+ T.Vs in the lobby that play kids shows and adult shows. the lobby is shared by other offices that was a little different to be but it was kept up and the bathrooms were very clean. Having the Café there made it smell good. not like a (Dr. Smell) you know... the smell of a Dr. office. Anyway I just love the receptionist she made me feel very comfortable. Do not waste your time . Came in for root canal left with no tooth. "Doctor's " drill broke off in tooth and she suggested leaving it in and finishing . Happy I didn't listen and went with my gut because the drill was out of my tooth and in my gums. Also check out google review. She tried to blame the curve of my tooth root and not her lack of skills for the situation. Also she still tried to charge for root canal and tooth removal. Then said would not charge me for adding stitches in my gums so they would heal faster. Oh Wow Thank you. Long story short good luck rolling the dice going here. If anything goes wrong they will blame you and still charge you. read more

I will never go back this isn't the first time this dentist has made me wait four to five hours. Today went in and she took back my three kids. I arrived at 1230. She worked on my daughter around 130 then was confused on what son she worked on they are twins, one needed a tooth removed and another needed just a protection for his teeth from grinding. She took four hours and still hadn't worked on my son. I told her I would just bring him somewhere else. She also leaves my kids on the gas for a very very long time. Idk why this woman would make kids wait for hours while taking other patients before them and then after them making then wait. I am going to be getting in touch with the dentist board and reporting her. she seems like she doesn't know what' she is doing. idk if she is prejudice or has an issue with me and my family but she seems to have an issue with me. I'm so happy with Sparkle Dental, I don't know where to start. First off, I called Halloween night at 8pm because I was in pain. I wanted to leave a message in hopes of getting an appointment next day. (today.) I received a call back just after 9pm from the office manager (THE SAME NIGHT!) She was very nice and hooked me up with an appointment the next day. Dr. Monica was wonderful. She makes sure you are not in any pain or discomfort during any procedure. Their prices are competitive. They are upfront with you before doing anything so there's no surprises. The office is very clean. Tv's in every room that have cable and she can show you your instant x-rays on them. I had a root canal on the tooth that was bothering me right away. (I cannot express enough how great it is not having to be referred to another office or endodontist) They cored it and put a temporary crown on as well. (SAME DAY!) Everyone was friendly and polite. If you are even slightly unhappy with your dentist or just want a change, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Monica's Sparkle Dental. I have a lot more work to be done and will be a long time patient. So thankful for their insanely swift response, care and professionalism. And that I found a place that actually takes care of your issue right away. Instead of making you come back or give you a referral. Seriously. Make the switch. I have had some tramua experience from dentist in the past. This has kept me to only go to the dentist when really necessary. I am what you would call a coward when going to the dentist. In Dr. Assad web page it states that a root canal should not hurt. Under her care she is 100 % right. She does everything to make you feel comfortable during your visits to her. Sue is very helpful w/ any questions & reassuring that my visits will be fine. Dr. Assad, Sue and the entire team has gained my confidence & trust in just one procedure visit. I may have a little anxiety however I know & trust Dr. Assad, Sue & team will relieve that anytime I visit there office. I recommand anyone who has a fear of dentist visit Dr. Assad.
