We didn't have a wildlife problem per se, but our CAT decided to take a vacation in our attic. We…read morecouldn't find him or get him to come out for almost two days. My husband and I were frantic. We tried everything. Coaxing him out with food & treats. All the usual stuff that typically works for our DOMESTICATED animal and NOTHING. We feared the worst since we could not get him to respond. We thought he was stressed, dehydrated and too weak to get himself out from wherever he was. After trying to seek help from our local animal control, vet AND fire department with no advice, we turned to AAAC. Christian was fantastic. He came out with his partner and was kind, patient, knowledgeable and very hardworking. He had a very calming presence which kept us from spiraling and assuming the worst. He communicated with us well (we were on vacation ourselves!) and kept us updated on all of the progress. They were also so sweet with our little kids who were at home. Christian and his partner were in our attic for approximately two and a half hours, crawling through insulation then ultimately used their thermal equipment to locate Mowgli. My husband and I genuinely felt like these guys were committed and went out of their way to help us in an emergency situation. We are so appreciative of them and will be recommending them to anyone who needs help with wildlife or domestic animal removal. Thank you Christian and team!

These are definitely concerning but I can't imagine it's costs $9000 to fix this problem. I really just want the pests gone I don't really care about new attic insulation. I am glad I read this reviews because I don't want to have to follow-up with anyone after the work is done. The reviews on Yelp are also completely different than the are on google so there is definitely some shadiness there.

I hired Critter Control to inspect my elderly mother's home for suspected animal activity in the…read morevents. After the inspection, they proposed a full sanitization and vent-blocking package -- totaling $1,700 -- citing signs of rodent activity. After paying and having the work begin, we were informed that there were no animals, no droppings, and no need for any sanitization. The material in the vents was coming from an exhaust fan that had caught fire -- something that was never identified or mentioned during the initial inspection, and only discovered when the crew arrived to do the work. To summarize: they missed an obvious burned exhaust fan during inspection, misdiagnosed it as animal activity, sold an unnecessary $1,700 biohazard sanitization package, and never caught their error until work had already been contracted. When I called the office to address this, I spoke with Jessica, who was not helpful. Rather than acknowledging the mistake, I was told the company feels they "went above and beyond." Charging $1,700 for unnecessary services based on a missed diagnosis is not going above and beyond. I chose this company specifically because of the positive reviews and because I needed someone trustworthy to care for a vulnerable family member. That trust was not honored. I would not recommend Critter Control to anyone.
