He treated his equipment like he did my home and yard The hose was a tangled mess. When I called to have a conversation, I was scolded and said they haven't raised my prices in a long time. (There was an extra charge for something I hadn't been charged for prior) I don't have a problem with that, but give me a heads up and don't send an immature unprofessional jerk to my house. I liked that Steve shared some of his knowledge about this issues with me, to help me understand and possibly reduce the problem in the future. After he completed his inspection, he called me and walked me through his report. There were no issues, but he noticed the soil was too high next to the foundation-- this was also identified by the home inspector and subsequently fixed. He also advised me that VA loans require a paid invoice of the inspection along with the report, saving me some trouble on the loan application.
