Very professional family owned business. I called to inquire about services and was greeted by the…read morefriendliest CSR. I eventually found out I was speaking with the owner's wife. She was very helpful, explained their process and what made them different from other companies. Gave me an outline of the different treatments that they provide, how often they would come out (based on customer's preference) and cost. She followed it all with an email and a text. She was able to have her team to come out within days (4-5), not bad considering the current state shut down orders everyone was under. When the team arrived they had mask, gloves and shoe covers (very considerate). They completed the job in 40 minutes, this included interior and exterior, attic, garage and 10ft radius around the property. They cleaned the windows, sprayed the lawn (front/back) and etc. I really recommend them and will definitely be calling them back out to my property again! Job well done

As an adult, I keep track of my appointments and dont want to be infantilized. If you don't confirm an appointment by the time they want, they will cancel your slot and make you an 'anytime appointment'. I understand needing a schedule, but I really dont like threats. Additionally, they just didn't show up for an appointment they pestered me about and when i contacted them at 6pm, i got an 'oopsie' reply from a third party person who said i'd be contacted by the office. That was several months ago so.... All in all I just didn't appreciate how I was treated.
