I have been coming to the Wyomissing Petsmart since the day I got Prince which was March of last…read moreyear. I love coming here, whether it is to pick up treats or Prince's dog food. The workers are amazing, friendly and always show Prince love. I have been to other Petsmarts' (some in other states) and they do not even compare! When I am shopping there is always great deals going on and I never feel like I am getting ripped off. Prince has also been going to the groomers at Petsmart since he was a puppy. There is only one person who has bathed him there and only one person I will take him to and that's Katie. She has shown him so much love and always does an amazing job. She takes care of Prince like she was his owner. I highly recommend her to anyone! Petsmart Wyomissing is the best and our favorite place to go

But also there lizards here are also in small tanks and they sell small tanks for everything! I only went there for some mystery snails for my fish tank and the guy seemed so rude! And some of there animals are sick and even dead in the fish part and they do nothing about it! If you go here DONT go to pet supply even tho there fish are in small tanks they don't lie about the sized tank you need.

I went on Sunday to a location in pottstown for treatment of an ear infection. The good thing is…read morethey got me in on Sunday when no one else was available. They treated only with ear drops. The infection did not get better. I went to another petco . I was hoping for a discount since their treatment didn't work. While I was given another kind of ear drops. She as better for a couple days but the infection returned. I appreciate their attempt but had to return to my vet for treatment. The total for both visits was over $400 dollars and problem was not solved nd had to pay another $300 at my vet.

My dog is always very relaxed and she always looks great. In my opinion, the prices are very reasonable and it is cheaper than chain dog groomers. I live in Philly but I always wait to bring my dog here! In addition to grooming, there's also a wide selection of treats and toys. There is a lot of birthday related items to choose from for people who like that thing, I know it can be sometimes difficult to find that stuff at regular pet stores. I haven't bought any of the treats yet just because my dog already has enough right now lol.

I have never been happier with any groomer that I have taken care of my dogs. Over the years I've had several dogs as pets and I'm fully aware of how variable groomers can be. I have never been as satisfied with any groomer as I have been with Karlyotta at Oasis. The true test I think is my dog's reaction to her and it is clear that Winnie (my pup) likes Karlyotta. It is also clear from the way that Karlyotta treats her. When we bring our pets to any groomer, we want to feel that our pets will be safe with her and that the grooming will be taken care of professionally and with great care. Winnie always looks great when finished. Karlyotta is the type of person that cares about her business and is very accommodating to the clients. This week I had mistakenly missed an appointment for Winnie and Karlyotta was able to reschedule her grooming for the following week. I know of few groomers that are so accommodating. I would recommend Karlyotta and Oasis without any reservations whatsoever. Give Oasis a try if you are currently looking for a dog groomer or even if you are not looking. You won't be disappointed.

There was an advertisement for an open management position and I asked an employee about it, who said to look online and that she thinks the position has been filled. She then left and went in the back room with the door opened and talked about me so loudly I could hear her halfway through the store. She said how hard it was to now roll her eyes during our conversation and how no one my age should bother asking her about management. I am 23, and have been working in pet retail and management for 7 years, with supervisor and management experience for two years within that. The woman explained she was not management and I can see why. I was extremely offended by her rudeness and distasteful behavior. I have already written to corporate about her, and I certainly do hope this location gets new management soon, because it desperately needs it.
