They have a lot of pizza topping options, similar to a Subway/Qdoba/Chipotle, you choose your crust and go down the line choosing your toppings. They also have a moderate selection of craft beer options (I had a Sweetwater 420). Overall, a decent little place with a small selection of craft beer. read more

This is probably my favorite fast casual place. Even above the competitor that starts with a B. I love the option of a whole wheat dough for the personal pie. The fresh jalapenos really stands out to me as well, no other competitors I've come across offer them. I absolutely love their product quality and will keep coming back over and over again. Fresh mozzarella and sauce options are great too. This is a challenging review to write because we all have different perspectives and wants from any given restaurant. I say this as a father of 4, all now 19 years or older, and I recognize that my review would be much different if they were young and still at home. This is a great restaurant for kids. Their kids meal is a choice of 7" pizza, 1/2 paninni, 1/2 salad plus a drink and a gelato for $5.49. Pretty good deal. Plus, the kids can build their own pizza, kind of interactive. I can see that. But, that is not my stage of life. I am looking for a pizza that has a high ratio of quality ingredients (meat & veggies) to crust and also has a flavorful tomato based sauce. Style of pizza comes into play here. The crust to other ingredient ratio, at a low crust to high ingredients, is what I prefer. So, Chicago style would beat out Detroit style, for example, but I'm not looking for that either. I'm looking for the pizza that can provide the optimal combination of all the ingredients in a single bite, or at least, most of the ingredient flavors in a single bite. With all of this said, I ordered the "Lineage," described as marinara, mozzarella, pepperoni, Italian sausage, red onions, mushrooms, black olives and green peppers. Sounds good, right? Except it was $21 for a 14 inch pie and it looked very sparse on any ingredient. Sparse as in minimal. There is an old saying, "if the minimum isn't good enough, then why is it the minimum?' Well, here is why: this is more like an appetizer pizza than a meal pizza. It was literally the minimum of everything: sauce, cheese, any other ingredient - minimum. The crust was thin, crispy and had a decent chew (not soggy or hard), but still was overwhelming on the ratio of crust to minimal other flavor ingredients. Really, the bottom line is that this is an adequate pizza that is way over priced for what you are getting, which is the minimum. read more

Kids eat for $1.99 on Sundays (with adult purchase) and get a scoop of gelato and a drink with their mini pizza (7 inch). Standard pizza is 10 inches, so not huge, and if you have a very big appetite, you might need to order some gelato for dessert, which isn't a bad idea anyway ;) Overall, I loved it and will be back, especially because there isn't a Mod Pizza in town. Mod for me is a 5 star, because they have more topping choices and slightly bigger pizzas, but in the absence of Mod, this place will be my go to for this kind of meal. This was the most disappointing pizza experience I've had in Greenville. I ordered a Great White pizza on gluten free crust through Door Dash. I've had a gluten free pizza here before and it was good- plenty of toppings. This crust was undercooked yet burnt around the edges. I've never seen such a small amount of toppings so that at least a third of the pizza is plain crust. This 10" pizza was $16. The food arrived hot and fresh but overall was a disappointment. I ordered extra pasta dishes and it's a good thing I did! The plates were barely halfway full. The Capri salad was okay but absolutely nothing exciting. The mozzarella was sparse and the tomato slices minimal. The flavor of the NAT pasta was good, the Alfredo pasta was okay, and the actual cheese pizza was less preferable than some frozen pizzas I've had. Maybe they were having a bad or busy night. This is my second trip here for take out ... both times I was assisted by barely trained children. The first time, my personal size pizza barely had any toppings at all on it; I had ordered it for my elderly dad, didn't look at it when I picked it up, I felt so sorry for him when he opened his pizza box . The employees at this location are so friendly and helpful. They always come around to check on your order and keep things super clean. Where it loses a star for me is the stingy toppings. I imagine it is challenging because from the start you don't know if someone is getting three ingredients or 12. However, it then means if you only get a few ingredients, they never go back to add a reasonable amount. I was happy to pay a $2 upcharge for the impossible burger but I literally received less than a quarter of a patty crumbled on top. Considering that I could have piled on meat for free, it was pretty disappointing. I've had similar experiences each time of getting stingy servings. I had told the guy who was preparing the pie I hadn't been here before after he asked what can I get ya. He looked at me kind of annoyed so I said, I mean I know what I want I just don't know how to order it and he says white or wheat. Then we go down the line with what toppings I want. That was that. Then I pay and a cup was put on the register for me to take and I said, I'm ok I don't want a drink. She said its a special on Tuesday you get a drink and a pizza. I said, I'm ok I would just get water anyway so I'm good. She insists I take the cup and tells me there is water in the freestyle machine to hit the blue button. I think after the second time someone saying they don't want a drink is cue to put it to rest. Plus if you cared so much, why not let me know there was a special when I said I had never been here before? I thought maybe its their personalty to be dry because I was making small conversation and was pretty much being ignored but then I noticed how they interacted with one another which they were conversing. So were they servicing me? Yes. Was it just because thats their job? Yes. Was there a slight pushiness and dry tone to this whole thing? Yes. And I only care about that because I'm spending money here. *The one friendly person here was the young man prob early 20s who was working the front of the house. The pizza was ok. It's a light pizza so you won't feel like you can't move after you eat it. For that reason alone is enough to come back. It's not over powering with robust flavor. The crust had a great texture of crunch and chewiness. They throw it in that brick oven and let the fire do it's job. I'm not sure how the ordering process works if you're dining in. But if you're carrying out, its just like a subway sub shop. You order your crust and move down the line ordering your toppings. They have various types of cheeses, meats and produce to top off your pie. The 3 stars is for the pizza. No stars for welcoming committee. read more

Dropped in for lunch the Friday before the 4th of July looking for a good, local slice of pie. My family and I all thoroughly enjoyed our pizzas. Daughter (age 4) got the kid's pizza, standard pepperoni and cheese and the cookies n cream gelato for dessert. She loved it, can't go wrong there. My husband ordered a pie with white dough, marinara, bacon and meatballs, banana peppers, and mushrooms. His was delicious! I eat low carb so I had to try the keto cauliflower/cheese crust and I got it with basil pesto, fresh mozzarella, bacon and chicken, spinach, banana peppers, and mushrooms. Per another review here on yelp, I did ask them to leave it in the oven a bit longer to ensure the crust was crispy. Glad I did, it came out perfect! I did still have to use a fork to be able to eat it - it wasn't staying together when I picked it up with my hands. I'd definitely order the keto crust again plus basil pesto was bomb. I love Your Pie, and I have loved visiting locations in several cities. This week I went to Your Pie in Woodruff, SC, two times, and both times I was surprised at how much smaller their pizzas are compared to other Your Pie locations. The Woodruff location's pizzas are about an inch smaller, all the way around; at other locations, the dough goes all the way to the edge of the pie plate. I'm surprised Your Pie, as a chain, doesn't have a standard size/template that all locations use. Another disappointment was that I was told it would cost $1 extra to get extra mozzarella on my pizza; that hasn't happened at any other location, either. I was, however, able to get both mozzarella and parmesean on my pizza for no extra charge. They were rather stingy with the toppings; for example, I got 7 pepperonis on my 1 topping pizza. The staff was not as friendly as I had hoped, and they struggled when I asked for caesar dressing to go on my caesar salad, at first saying all they had was Italian, until another worker came over an explained that the Italian dressing was actually caesar dressing. The pizzas were perfectly cooked, and tasted fabulous. If I didn't have other Your Pie experiences to compare the Woodruff experience to, I probably would have given it 4 stars. read more
