I think the guys name is Curtis that does the responding. He would get right back to me every time I had a question like right away. And we had just bought a brand new fridge, washer/dryer and brand new leather recliner couches so I am pretty on movers to make sure they handle with care. And boy did they ever handle with care! These guys were the best packers and so considerate of my belongings I just let them do their thing without me micro managing! I totally trusted them moving my things and even going into our home they handled everything with such great care like it was their own stuff. I usually tend to go with places that have at least 50-100 reviews and companies that have been in business for a while, but I took a chance on them and let me tell you, they sure delivered on all they said they do. Sylvia came to our apartment a few weeks ago to see the lay of the land. She recommended going by an hourly rate rather than a flat price, because the flat price could change depending on what's encountered. She also emphasized to label boxes well like: master bedroom, kitchen, etc. so we went with hourly rate $165 per hour for three movers. There was an up-charge of $75 because they were also moving a gun safe. They arrived at 8:45am and took a quick tour of our apartment. They explained how they go about it. The movers are Luis, Josue and Juan. What a team. Luis is the leader. Amazingly, they were done in 2.75 hours. This is the furniture for a two bedroom, two bath, den, kitchen, living room , dining area and the balcony we're talking about. Plus all the accompanying boxes for each area. We had boxed up everything we could and labeled as Sylvia had requested. And gave them clear paths as best we could to the major pieces. We had a lot of boxes! We wholeheartedly recommend this company for your moving needs.
