I just hired them for the day. I was priced 3 guys. Only two showed up. I was charged 2200 for 8.5 hours of work. And they treated me poorly with accepting payment. You could spend the same elsewhere and be treated way better. Don't hire them. They are crooks. Update: After reviewing the invoice I was also overcharged over $250 which the invoice shows that. I was charged a 17% fuel charge of over $300 for traveling 4 miles. Lastly, today after speaking to David he told me he would call me back to discuss this further and did not. Big rip off. Luis quoted me one price for $135 x2 hrs and waived travel fee and fuel because I was Senior Citizen and also said movers could put a few items at dumpster for no charge. Then Daniel quoted me something different because of disposing of items around $325. We were going to go with someone else but they couldn't do it until next day so we stayed with them. When movers came they asked us what we were quoted.. shouldn't they know that. Then we were disagreeing so they put their boss on line and he said well it's for sure going to be more than what you were quoted and no travel fee waived and you either want it or not. I'm sharing my experience to alert others about problems with 'All My Son's Moving and Storage.' They quoted $125 per hour for moving a 2-bedroom apartment to storage and relocating some furniture into one bedroom of a house. * When the two movers arrived, they seemed rushed and did not explain their process or what to expect during the move. * Several of us were in the room and gasped when they picked up my beautiful Credenza and broke it. The front leg sustained damage when the credenza was positioned on its side. I inherited this credenza from my mother, and it holds significant sentimental and monetary value. The moving company later offered $100 for the damage and loss of use. All My Son's Moving and Storage said I could add more insurance later, but after my furniture was damaged, customer service told me extra coverage wasn't available retroactively. * I bought zippered covers for my king mattress, couch, pillows, glass table, dining table, and chairs. When the movers put everything in storage, none of the items were covered as intended. The couch pillows were left on the floor, the mattress was uncovered, and only some furniture was wrapped in plastic and tape--not with the specific covers I had bought. * When they arrived, I specifically told them to make sure to put the furniture in the back of the storage and boxes and bins in the front for easy access, but everything was just thrown in there. Customer service was dismissive and showed little concern when I called, as I had already paid. The attached pictures are evidence of All My Sons Moving and Storage's lack of professionalism in putting my belongings as I requested in the storage unit and poor customer service. Specifically, the broken credenza, unwrapped pillows, mattresses and furniture that was NOT wrapped in purchased zipper covers. I want to help others avoid this experience. My furniture and personal items have strong sentimental value for my family. I recommend not trusting All My Sons Moving and Storage with your belongings. read more

Damaged my floors, scratched a wooden table and chipped a glass table. The quote for the floor repair was $3500. I submitted the quote with the pictures of all the damages and was offered $260 dollars. I refused the settlement and was told to submit it again. They were paid to set up beds in the upstairs bedrooms which were left in the garage. News flash no one sleeps in the garage! When the bill comes it's 400$. When asked for an itemized receipt it's clear where they over charged. 72$ for tape. 90$ for shrink wrap Charged one hour of drive time, from house to house was 8 minutes. They made one trip. So obviously companies can charge whatever they want, they issue is with their customer service/management. They were clear about the price being 200$ and did not mention the outrageous coat of any of the other items. We were under the impression the 200$ covered things like tape. Make. Your. Prices. Everything was well wrapped and protected with moving blankets. Once at the new house they were so generous about placing everything in its exact spot. I have been having the worst possible experience with this company possible. Several of my items were damaged during the move and I submitted paperwork to get reimbursed for the damage. They countered with an extremely low ball value that comes nowhere near the cost of repairing the items, much less replacing them. I asked how they came up with the reimbursement values, and was completely ignored. Was given a number to contact Jeff, but the few times they actually picked up the phone, Jeff was unavailable and never returned my calls. I was also given an email that is apparently never monitored, since I have not gotten a response from them that way either. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced from a company. After a move that was a problem with the actual money charged vs their estimate, the price more than doubled $2000 to $4200 from Elmendorf, TX to Victoria, TX. I wrote a poor review and was contacted by what I assume was the QA/QC person to contact them at the internet address of wecare@allmysonsmovers.com. When I write to the address it pulls up a page that shows the wording "we're sorry, give us chance to make it right". I cannot explain how disappointed I am in my experience with all my sons. I walked away from the experience with thousands of dollars worth of damaged furniture. My claim was denied because I drove the truck full of my belongings rather paying them an extra $2k to transport to a place where they don't have an office. The damage that occurred was not due to transport. It was due to gross negligence in packing and loading the truck. For instance, they wrapped two wooden side tables stacked on top of each other in plastic wrap with no padding between them. They were significantly damaged due to friction during transportation that would have been occurred due to how they were packed, regardless of who transported the goods. I would compare it to me resetting an unstable broken bone without casting or surgery, knowing full well it that the healing will fail, and accepting no liability when that occurs, because it was set when I last laid hands on it. Simply a terrible way to treat customers and a bad way to do business. If I did something like that in medical practice, I would undoubtedly be sued and held liable for negligence. Truly disappointing experience from a company that seemed nice at the beginning. Would not recommend. read more

They told me they would charge a deposit for $372, but because I called the day of the move and because they wouldn't have a set time for me, but just work my move in between others, and because they were just moving one twin bed and it wouldn't take even 30 minutes, that THEY WOULD REFUND 1/2 of my deposit back to me if it didn't take over 30 minutes. THEY LIED and refused to refund. I NEVER would have paid $372 to move one twin bed, No mattress nor headboard in an Assisted Living facility that had a maintenance crew who would move it for free, and I booked All My Sons just as a courtesy to the management. read more

Do not use these movers!!! I should've read yelp reviews first!!!! My son called for info on prices. They wanted $100 to reserve a truck although there was no date set yet. These shysters convinced him it was necessary to pay the $100 and let them know later what date was needed. They charged him $100 three times - for a total of $300!!! When he called, they said it was a system error. He cancelled this so-called "reservation" that wasn't for any specific date. They refunded the $200 from the "error" they made. But for over a month now, we cannot get the other $100 back!!! Excuses range from system error, we will get back to you, it's probably my bank's issue, and everything in between. All my sons moving quoted me over the phone a total of no more than 450 dollars. Upon load completion the young lady who was helping me gave me a bill of 721 dollars. Keep in mind this was a simple one bed room apartment move with very few heavy items. Within the two person crew I felt one did all the work while the other did what they could. Upon watching i saw many items being dropped and carelessly taken through doorways leading in scratches on many of my items. The people were nice I will give them that but when it comes to proper care they were very reckless. Not worth your time or money please keep looking. read more

This company quoted me a good price, problem is the loaders first tried to park the truck as far as they could to load. Slow is not the word to describe their work, so, as the hours went by so did my charge. Took them almost an hour to go 12 miles as they stopped to ??? When the truck was about three quarters empty, that's when they stopped unloading, and demanded payment. Holding my stuff hostage till I paid almost double what they quoted. Far from being PROFESSIONALS. When it comes to moving, I consider myself a Professional as I have gone through this rodeo one too many times. I was charged for 4 rolls of shrink wrap at $45 each. They only showed up with 2 that were not brand new. They called their office for more and didn't even finish using a roll and they took the other roll with them. I was also charged for 12 rolls of tape. They only used 6. Their box of supplies which I handed them still had a roll of 6 in it, plus mattress covers that I declined. What crushed it for me was the 17% fuel charge on the overall cost instead on just the labor. 17% is pretty steep after charging an hour rate to get the crew from location to destination and back. They asked so many questions on furniture they took apart and couldn't figure out how to put it back together, going back and forth on who took it apart. So far, they took off with my front porch patio set and the legs to my dresser. I called their office office to inform them about it, and the lady I spoke to told me they were on their way back to my house. They never showed up. I didn't even get a receipt but instead they handed me a credit card authorization form as if it was my receipt. As of 10:30 am 08/06/2025, I still don't have a receipt. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company on these charges. Today 8/8/25 they send me a claims form . I want my items back period. read more

I hired this company to move my furniture, and they sent three movers. One of them was clearly under the influence of something, talking to himself, spaced out, and repeatedly asking to use my bathroom. It was obvious even the other two movers were uncomfortable around him, which made me feel uneasy in my own home. Their website claims employees are drug tested, but that was not my experience. I didn't feel I could tell them to stop because they warned me that if I didn't pay, they would take my belongings to their warehouse, which felt intimidating. I ended up paying $1,035 for them to move just two bedroom sets and a living room set, which is outrageous, especially since I didn't even have three fully functioning movers. On top of that, they damaged my home, leaving a large gash in one of the interior walls and multiple scrapes in the entryway door frame. When I called the next day to report what happened, I found out they overcharged me for fuel, and I still have not received a refund. All they said was "sorry" and sent me a claims packet, with no real accountability for the damage or the poor service. Overall, I would not recommend this company, and I regret using them. read more

I contacted this out to move four pieces of furniture from my mother-in-law's home to a retirement home less than 2 mi away. The initial quote I got over the phone was $380. By the time it was over, they charged the over $700 be very very careful with this company. The second quote told me that there would be a two-hour minimum plus a trip charge. I found that odd, because their ad said that they were located near my home. Secondly, when I got the final bill they had added a $100 fuel charge. So here's the thing, they came to my mother-in-law's house from a previous job that was less than 15 minutes away. And yet, they charged us a 2-hour trip charge and a $100 fuel charge. As others have mentioned the price I paid was FAR higher than what I was quoted. They charged an outrageous amount for their boxes and tape as well as a surprise charge for gas (I'm fine paying a gas fee but it was literally not mentioned until the very end.) They broke the feet off of my bed and just hid the broken feet under my bed - I guess they didn't think I would notice it was at a 45 degree angle. They removed and left behind the feet from my smart tv, brought several pieces of furniture I told them repeatedly that we were leaving behind, and tried to leave things I repeatedly told them needed to be loaded onto the truck. My sister who was present told them against my orders not to load my dining room table onto the truck and all the movers would say was "We can't get in the middle of a dispute" effectively allowing her to steal my table from me. That very much counts as getting in the middle of the dispute. They arrived at my pickup location over an hour before I was told they would and then repeatedly tried to convince me to use their service to store my belongings over night. read more

I got a quote on Monday great then a higher quote on Wednesday, well ok I'm tided into moving by now can't change dates, then they show up and the quote doubles again! And I had no choice cause I had to move that day! Should of been an easy two hour move, I had a one bedroom apartment on the ground floor going to the same, I ended up moving three truck loads of small stuff just to cut time with them and transported two glass curios myself, and they still took four hours hence doubling my quote, the wrapped my recliners how crazy. I've moved in the military many times across country, I've moved from apt to stand I've never had a move take longer than two hours, this took four and it wasn't even my whole apt. By far one of the worst moves me and my sister have had. We have never experienced movers like this even when we moved cities. 2 glass/crystal platters were shattered that were given to us by our grandma. Boxes were torn and flipped upside down when unloading. A 3rd guy was added to the schedule to speed the process up but still took way longer than expected and all while they were just fooling around while unloading. After getting the confirmation email on Friday afternoon with the wrong moving date, I couldn't get in contact with any one all weekend. When they arrived, they said we are starting at 9:15am and they finished at 11am When I received the bill they also charged me drive time from when they left their office and for the time they drove back. That is ridiculous! It wasn't explained on the phone when they went over the cost. when I complained they stated that it was in the documentation they had me sign after they started moving me.
