I also had a consultations with other Orthodontist and I have Tricare insurance they quoted me a price and wanted to get me in the chair immediately. However, Jhona contacted my insurance company to ensure I was covered based on my age in which I wasn't! Words can't express what her attention to detail meant as these other places would have had me paying out of pocket a crazy amount of money based on the fact they didn't check the fine print. I was down about the fact that I was not covered for Ortho care and Johana said, give me a bit and worked it out to where I could receive care at an affordable price! My daughter went back to get her braces and as I waited I heard a big welcome and cheer from staff for her, which just made her feel comfortable and like family. My smaller child was upset she wasn't getting a bag full of goodies or braces, lol and Jhona made her feel part of the process by giving her a T-shirt.
