I scheduled an appointment with our family dentist. After x rays and other tests it was discovered that I just need a cleaning. There are no cracked molars or faux cavities that need to be filled like cavities. Complete fraud and already reported to the VA and the Tricare Dental West. Go somewhere else. Dr Luong is a veteran and should be ashamed running this kind of business.

I trusted their recommendation and agreed to proceed--only to later discover the procedure was performed on the wrong tooth. This is a serious and unacceptable error. A root canal and crown are invasive, irreversible procedures, and performing them on the wrong tooth demonstrates a complete failure in proper verification and patient safety protocols. In addition, the dental assistants and support staff appeared poorly trained and lacked basic proficiency. There was visible confusion during the procedure, inadequate communication, and an overall lack of professionalism that should never be present in a clinical setting. This experience caused unnecessary pain, stress, lost time, and now requires additional corrective treatment. I expected a much higher standard of care. Because of this experience, I have lost confidence in this office and would strongly caution others to thoroughly question treatment plans and seek second opinions before proceeding here.
