WIL SCAM YOU UPDATE: I do want to update this because they did reach out after everything happened and made an effort to fix the situation. They apologized, took accountability for the mix up, and worked with our group to make things right. The original situation was definitely frustrating and concerning, especially because the photos we were initially sent ended up being from a completely different claim. That being said, I appreciate that they owned the mistake once everything was figured out and took steps to resolve it. I think it's only fair to update my review now that we've had a chance to speak with them and the situation has been addressed. I definitely feel better about how things ended than I did when I originally wrote this review.
