I had a full house water softener with a carbon filter installed, as well as an under the sink RO filter. Texas water is not the hardest water, but there is a palpable difference with a softener installed. The RO water also tastes great and everybody always compliments it, and even the picky dog guests love it. I have nothing but great things to say about Joe and his team.
