Then they bully you into financing an already over priced treatment system telling you it will be fixed monthly payments for a predetermined number of months. By the time you realize they've actually just put it on a home repair credit card with ongoing interest charges it is too late to cancel. You now have compounding interest that you'll never get out from under. They also tell you how easy and cheap/free it is to move your system with you. Another lie. It costs a lot to have it uninstalled and then almost double to have it reinstalled depending on where you move. Also many states/localities do not even allow their salt style system so now you have these giant pieces of worthless equipment. STAY AWAY!

Since the installation, RainSoft technicians have been out to my home roughly eight times attempting to fix the same recurring issues, yet the system still does not function properly. Despite repeated service visits, the problems are never fully resolved--only temporarily addressed, if at all. I have contacted the company multiple times to explain that I am no longer willing to continue paying for a system that does not work and has required constant service. Instead of offering a real resolution, replacement, or meaningful accountability, they continue to push sending out yet another technician to "fix" the same problem again. After more than two years of inconvenience, wasted time, and frustration, it is clear this system is unreliable and the customer support process is ineffective. I expected a premium product and dependable service, and unfortunately RainSoft has not delivered on either. I would strongly caution anyone considering this system to do thorough research before committing.

I called and we immediately got back on track. Chad K. has been our Culligan man for about a year or so now. Great service, sends us a test as a reminder that he's on his way. Couldn't be happier. To top it off I have had employees that were supposedly fired calling me asking for my credit card information many times.
