I ordered banana strawberry smoothies for all the keiki, and my daughter and I each got an açaí bowl. The açaí bowls were good, but the smoothies were a huge disappointment. They barely tasted like banana strawberry and definitely weren't what we expected. It wasn't until we got home that I asked my niece if she liked her smoothie. She immediately said, "Yuck!" I tried it myself, and she was right. I'd recommend sticking with the açaí bowls. As for the service, I hope the staff remembers that aloha is more than just a word in a business name--it's about treating every customer with warmth, kindness, and respect.
