So running Saturday errands the wife and I decided to grab lunch so we popped into the new location! First off the place looks really nice love the vibes it gives off. Staff was super friendly upon entering and my wife need time to decide so the lady gave us the run down on the new everything bagel bread and gave us some more time. We decided on the mowie wowie and the super dank. These choices did not disappoint! The crushed Doritos on mine man just set it off. My wife's chicken was straight fire! And when my wife was paying she clicked the tip wrong and ended up giving a $20 which wasn't a biggie to us but the worker asked again because it was such a large tip if we wanted to correct it we both looked at eachother declined for her to have the owner fix it. The friendly greeting we got and the helpful manner they all had they deserved the tip. So I bought my son a rice crispy ball and we waited, once she brought it out she told us they put extra bacon on them and tossed in the scooby snack and a rice crispy ball because of the tip which was super awesome of them! Again with the great customer service we've always got when we've been to the Marvin rd location same here staff is awesome food is freaking amazing!!! Before we left my son wanted to ask the owner about his lambo deliveries lol and asked if he could come to Yelm lol The owner said he was hoping to expand to Yelm which would be freaking awesome! Great people great food just all around awesome place to be can't wait for the Yelm expansion!!!!! Ps. Saturday, March 14, 2026 I placed an online order for two whole sandwiches through the Square site at 3:56 PM, with a pickup time of 4:24 PM. We arrived at 4:20 to find the restaurant not particularly busy. One family with a child was behind us in line. When I told the staff we had an online order, I was told it was busy and they hadn't started on it yet. We sat down and waited. At 4:36, the family behind us received their full order, including a drink which I thought was odd given they'd ordered after us. Our order was ready a minute later, at 4:37. Unlike the family with the child, no one brought our bag to the table. It was left on the counter for us to retrieve. I had tipped 20% at the time of ordering. Yay me. $44.57 after tip and taxes for two whole sandwiches. No DoorDash or third-party orders came in while we waited, so it's possible a large order came in just before we arrived. It also seems likely the staff weren't actively monitoring the Square queue. Our order may have sat for nearly 24 minutes before anyone saw it. Food: The sandwiches are genuinely amazing. Five stars, no hesitation. To the owner: Sam, I've known of you since before you opened the store on Whitman and we used to go to the drive-thru near the car wash years ago. Your father, from whom I've bought two cars, recommended your shop years ago. I root for local businesses and I root for you. I'm sharing this not to pile on, but because I think these are solvable problems: better monitoring of online orders and a small gesture of bringing food to seated customers goes a long way toward keeping people coming back. This place has been a consistent go to for many years. This is their second location and there 1st one has been around for over a decade! They have won Best of south sound for sandwich's and their milkshakes get mentioned often in local articles around town. I love this place and everyone should try it! I'd been to the drive-through location of Canna Cabana in the Hawks Prairie area and loved it. When I saw there was one over by QFC, and that it had dine-in seating, I decided to pop in and give it a try. It's been open since August 2023, so I'm surprised it didn't have any Yelp reviews yet, but people on Google seem to be loving it. The parking lot was full when we got there, and I snagged the only open space at that moment, although there is tons of parking in the surrounding shopping area. The interior was clean and had six or seven four-top tables and was decorated with a no-duh marijuana ambiance. My daughter and I were greeted quickly and politely. She ordered the half Super Dank with nothing but meat, cheese, and crushed Doritos, and I got the half Green Goblin (veggie) and half Trainwreck. She enjoyed the Dank, and the Trainwreck was solid. The Goblin was okay, about what you'd expect, but I didn't realize until I was half done with it that it was missing the onion dressing, which I only realized because one of the employees brought me some and told me they forgot it (they forgot chips at a table near us, as well). The facilities were nice, the staff was friendly, the food was tasty, but there were some hiccups. We tried ordering Sprite and Mountain Dew, but were told that even though those were on the menu, they don't carry them. We were then told a long list of drinks they did sell that weren't on the menu. The big issue here was that the food was slooooow. I might not have noticed, even though sandwich shops are generally pretty quick, but in particular I've been to the other location which whips sandwiches out. I appreciate well-crafted food, and that can take time, but I think every person who was in there while I was (not busy, but always a few people) waited around ten minutes to get their food. The food here was actually good, but unfortunately the customer service was so poor it completely overshadowed the experience. We came in as two women with five children, including a two-year-old who had just recently turned two. At one point, he yelled, as toddlers sometimes do, and a staff member immediate "No yelling." We apologized right away and explained hes only two. When he made another sound, the same woman escalated by raising her voice at him, saying "Hey hey no no no no screaming!" -- right to a toddler. That level of aggression toward a small child is absolutely unacceptable. We were already in the process of wrapping up and preparing to leave, but her reaction was completely out of line. No staff member should ever reprimand someone else's child in that tone. It was unprofessional, disrespectful, and frankly, upsetting. As we were leaving and talking amongst ourselves outside, the owner's son came out of the restaurant and confronted us about the situation. We were not being disruptive; we were simply expressing our feelings to each other, outside and away from the restaurant. For a staff member to follow guests outside, especially two women with children, and engage confrontationally is crossing a line. He completely changed his approach once I started recording, We even have nearly two minutes of video from the encounter (though review platforms only allow short clips), and it clearly shows how inappropriate the behavior was on their part. It's a shame because the food was genuinely enjoyable, but no meal is worth being treated that way -- especially when kids are involved. I hope this place can seriously reflect on how they handle families and difficult situations, because yelling at a toddler and confronting customers outside is not the way to do it. Try out this local subshop! Laid back spot with a funny 4/20 theme going on with their menu and decor. You don't have to be stoned to enjoy their sandwiches (though it wouldn't hurt). I had the sour diesel - cool ranch doritos packed in a chicken bacon ranch sub. It was good! A little messy and a little heavy on the doritos but better than any subway or jimmy John's. I have been here twice now and had a great experience both times. The restaurant is very clean and bright. The staff was very friendly and personable. I am vegan and ordered the Green Goblin. I asked them to make it vegan and they said no problem and made sure to tell me the other ingredients that were plant based. The sandwiches are huge. Other things looked good on the menu too. The mother of the mother son business was so rude and told my 2 year old to stop screaming. He's 2. Then they reprimanded my kids for going to their chip rotating thing. The sandwich was so fresh! I got the super dank, and it did not disappoint. The mom and son team are incredibly kind, hard working and they know what they are doing. The bread and meats are fresh, the chips added on top are DELICIOUS. I'll be back again and again- excited for a tumwater location that may be in the works soon. tl;dr: don't use their online ordering system unless you want to wait an extra chunk of time. The sandwiches are great. The service, well... we may not come here again. Or at least, not if we don't have an extra half an hour to wait. We often aren't out near this area of Lacey, but occasionally have errands out here. Typically we'll order on their website with plenty of time, and it will tell us, your order will be ready in [20-40 minutes]. And the order is paid for, and we had to make a decision about tip already. We'll do our errands and show up at the shop when they said the order should be ready, and they haven't even _started_ on it yet. Every time. I ordered a large Fire sandwich to go on a Friday evening around 5:30. There were three people ahead of me waiting for their orders, so I expected to wait a bit. It was 30 minutes before I got mine. I was excited to try this sandwich I heard so much about: delicious, stuffed with meat, etc. I put half in the fridge and unwrapped the other half. I expected it to be squished, but did not expect it to be so thin, even though I ordered without cheese. I opened the sandwich and there was lettuce, lots of jalapenos, a 1-inch piece of bacon, and a small amount of thinly sliced turkey. I unwrapped the other sandwich and found it was the same except for it had 3 small pieces of bacon. Everything was drowning in mayo sauce. I was so disappointed. I rewrapped the other sandwich, and ate the first one. It was ok. Bread delicious as advertised, but overall it tasted like a mayo, lettuce, and jalapeno sandwich. I did not want to call them out on social media and you cannot FB message them so I emailed pictures along with telling them my experience. I heard nothing back. I finally replied to one of their posts and got a snarky response. When the owner realized I was serious along with me posting a picture, he said that wasn't up to their standards and I could call or come by to have my sandwich replaced. I thanked him and said I would come by the next time I was in the area. That next time was yesterday. I drove 30 minutes out of my way to come by after a Spring Break trip with my grandchildren. I introduced myself to the owner and he remembered me. He said I was supposed to call so we could talk and after reviewing the photos, there was nothing wrong with my sandwich and he would not be replacing it. Conveniently, the post where that discussion took place has been taken down. He also explained how many ounces of turkey go on each size of sandwich. I worked in food service many years and know my way around a food scale. I thanked him and left.
