    Bre and Jenna may have been the main reason our wedding day was the best day of our lives. They are extremely organized, great at communicating, very prepared, very detail oriented, and so easy and fun to work with. I run a lot of smaller events for an alcohol company so I have the tendency to triple check on things just to make 100% sure nothing falls through the cracks, and they had to keep reminding me they had everything covered, and they absolutely did. They literally think of everything for you! Because of them, I felt the most amazing, calm feeling all day. I was really able to enjoy the beauty of my wife, the day, and all of our friends and family around us with zero distractions. Also, the value of having two coordinators for a similar price to 1 was such a game changer. Thank you Bre and Jenna for making us feel like we were working with our good friends to co-create such a perfect, beautiful day. Can't imagine there are any better wedding coordinators out there!

    If you are thinking about hiring Jenna and Bre as your wedding coordinators... DO IT. I consider myself an extremely organized person. I have planned large events for work and felt pretty confident in doing most of this on my own. However, I thought I "just needed some help the day of". Thank god I found these two! Yes, they were with me on the day, but really they started helping well before that . Building the timeline for a wedding... It's a lot! There's so many variables to consider and they know weddings so well- they give the best advice and help you every step of the way. They remind you what questions to ask vendors to ensure all the boxes are checked. The day of was a perfectly wonderful whirlwind spent with my loved ones and NOT spent worried about a single thing. You are going to have some little hiccups- and it's so wonderful to have someone who's going to handle it all for you! They brought all of my DIY decor visions to life (and made them ever better). They kept things running smoothly and on time and made it so I wasn't worried about a thing. I would recommend these two to anyone and will always be grateful to them for making my perfect day even better!

    We were expecting our first grand baby soon. My bestie and I decided to hostess a baby shower for my eldest daughter to welcome the new arrival. My other daughter suggested we contact her buddy, Bre Priest, to get guidance in planning the shower. I didn't know that Bre co-owned and operated a party planning business, along with her business partner, Jenna. But, I'm so glad I arranged a meeting with them! From the very first meeting, You're Invited Events took our initial ideas and ran with it! The result was an incredibly enjoyable and heart warming affair! Since we were in the midst of Covid lockdown, Bre and Jenna arranged to have a hybrid shower. Family members attended the shower in person, and other invitees were welcomed via Zoom. Everything happened flawlessly! I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome! The shower was scheduled to last 2 hours, but it sure seemed shorter than that! From the decorations, to the party favors, fun games, Zoom setup, refreshment choices, and just the wonderful hospitality from Bre and Jenna, the time went by quickly, without a hitch! I'm highly recommending You're Invited Events for your party planning needs. These gals do it ALL, and do it WELL! Thank you, You're Invited Events, for an afternoon of tear- inducing memories!

    I'm going to try not to cry writing this review. But my wedding was so perfect, like a dream and I owe it to Bre and Jenna. I'm a COVID bride and landed on my 3rd date. They were both accommodating and comforting! Every last detail was executed far past the expectations I had in my head. They helped with so much starting with organizing my bridal party and coordinating where everyone has to be and at what time. It ran so smoothly. They grabbed us drinks, and snacks during cocktail hour and even followed me into the restroom to help bustle by dress and see if I needed other lady things like lipgloss and a quick hair check. They came with for pictures to make sure my dress was in place and even helped with suggesting cute poses. And also, through the night, STILL making sure we had drinks and everyone was where they needed to be. There's so many other things they took care of that I would never have even thought of. My guests got to enjoy their time cause every single thing was handled. I can't recommend them enough!

    This review is long overdue... in part, that's because there is so much I want to express about what an amazing job Jenna and Bre did that I've had a hard time putting pen to paper and I don't know that I can accurately capture how much their assistance meant to me or the value I felt we received from engaging their services. I was extremely hesitant about having a coordinator for our wedding. First, the event was only about forty people, and second, I have hosted many large events through work so I felt comfortable organizing/coordinating/project managing on my own. When our venue let me know that a coordinator was required, I balked a bit at the unexpected cost. However, let me say... having a coordinator (and You're Invited Events at that) was one of the best choices we made. Even as organized as I tried to be, there were little details they thought of that I did not; they helped us "Emcee" the event so I didn't have to give the mic to a family member; they played our curated playlists at the right time; and they did an incredible job taking all my ideas and bringing them to life in the space. My biggest anxiety about the day was that I had such a clear vision in mind for the event and space and I was worried that it wouldn't happen without me going to the space on the day of to ensure everything was going to plan. Luckily, I was convinced by others to just let things be, and I instead enjoyed the morning of, getting ready/pampered with my friends and family, while Jenna and Bre took care of it all. One of my favorite photos of the day is me seeing the reception space for the first time - you can see the joy on my face at seeing everything come together and exceed all my expectations! Not only were Jenna and Bre highly professional and organized, they had a great "eye" for the design... and they were a blast to work with. Thank you a million times over, You're Invited Events!!     You're Invited helped plan my dad's 80th birthday party and did a spectacular job! He was a retired USAF fighter pilot so they helped plan it at the San Diego Air and Space museum and had many creative and fun ideas for making the party an amazing tribute to my dad! From a doppelgänger Tom Cruise in a fighter pilot suit to a 50's style female singer trio to coordinating food, beverages, slideshow and photographer, they knocked it out of the park! My dad, family and friends are still talking about his party over a year later! Highly recommend You're Invited!

    Bre and Jenna are a great team! They helped me along every step of the way so I wouldn't have to worry about a thing and could just enjoy the afternoon/evening to the fullest! Actually, they exceeded my expectations! You won't be disappointed. Go with them!

    Jenna and Bre weren't just wedding coordinators, they were absolute godsends!!! I truly cannot thank them enough for the incredible job they did for us. I was such a stressed out bride; leading up to the wedding day I kept thinking of every scenario of what could go wrong that day and I just overall couldn't wait for the wedding to be done with. I thought I wouldn't even enjoy the day because of all the stress. But in came Jenna and Bre who were able to make that day the most stress and free, happiest day of my life. Every worry I had was squashed completely because they were on top of everything!!! Things I couldn't even think of, they thought of it and made sure everything ran smoothly. If you're looking for a wedding coordinator to help ease some of the stress of your wedding so you can enjoy your day, look no further. She was incredibly helpful during the planning process--offering thoughtful insight into creating a seamless timeline and even helping with ideas for decor and place settings tailored to our outdoor, beachy (and occasionally windy!) wedding. She thought of every detail, from preparing us in advance to get those dreamy photos (like the first kiss and cake cutting) to ensuring everything ran on schedule without a hitch. On the day, Elena was a true lifesaver. From the rehearsal to the ceremony and reception, I never once had to worry about where I needed to be or what was next. She kept everything moving smoothly, pointing me in the right direction while allowing me to fully enjoy the company of our guests and the magic of the day. And she always made sure we were taken care of (never without a drink in hand!). Her leadership and attention to detail made it all so effortless for us. Florals: Melissa tackled all of our floral arrangements, and I couldn't have been happier with how they turned out! Working within my limited budget, she brought my vision to life with stunning florals that perfectly matched our style and the seaside setting. Melissa truly understood the look I was going for, and her creativity and expertise made every arrangement stand out beautifully. I booked her early and we initially just did a couple meetings to discuss our vision and needs regarding coordination, vendor contracts and florals since we did not need a full-planning service, only partial. She was always upfront and gave me honest opinions especially when it came to where to splurge and save, and what could look good and what wouldn't. The last 2 months is where she really shined, helping us follow up with vendors on details, setting deadlines for me to book rentals, reviewing contracts and constantly doing sanity checks when I needed it. The day of, she came extremely prepared, everything flowed smoothly (except some technical issues on part of the venue) and she was great at going with the flow and just letting the vibe and natural mood of the day go, and fixing whatever problems I threw at her. We also had her as our florist and she truly out did herself- her prices were incredibly reasonable and she handled everything like a champ when her assistant got sick the day of the reception. She also took my back and forth floral design suggestions and changes very well, as I am quite particular on details in some areas and deferred to her expertise in others.
