They stated that any further discussion must take place only in person, which prevents any verifiable record. At no point did they provide the evidence needed to confirm their claims. The price was very fair and the turnaround was better than mailing the Galaxy S4 phone in for repair. At the time I was unsure if they were able to even repair these phones. I was pleasantly surprised at how up to date they were with the products and with the diagnostic pricing that rolled into the price of the repair. I called a few other places and their pricing was much higher than here for diagnostics. Thanks again for a small business with great service and pricing that can match or beat the larger chain competition. Monique she was so helpful, gave wonderful recommendations and wonderful service (even coming in right before they closed). Laptop fix: Anthony could have easily told me to go buy a new laptop or sell me one of his for my son but he was honest, gave technical responses in non-technical fashion and recommended exactly what was needed & didn't over sell. My son is in e-sports so a working portable device is required. He can play all his video games at the speed necessary to compete and it runs better than originally purchased (it was a refurbished one). Anthony listened to our broken explanation of the issue, asked appropriate questions to quickly diagnose & followed up in a very timely manner. When given the opportunity to take advantage of my lack of knowledge, he didn't do that. We will be back soon.
