On May 21st at 2:45pm I called to get an estimate on a mouth guard for by wife. The receptionist told me the cost would be 400 dollars. I then asked nicely if she could describe their product and what made it special to justify the cost. I told her I wanted to compare it with a less expensive mouth guard product I had purchased from another dentist. While she was describing their product she started to speak in a smart aleck tone. I told her that she was not be very professional speaking like that. Her response was telling me that I should just buy the mouth guard from the other dentist and then hung up. read more

Dr. Thomas is indeed a good man. When I moved my family to the area, I looked around quite a bit to find a dentist I could trust to look after me and my entire family. It can be very hard to get an appointment with any dentist in less than six months, but I went in for a cleaning on short notice due to a cancellation. Then, he arranged for his staff to come in a for a few extra hours the following week so he could see my wife and three kids. He and his staff have been great, even helping sort out some weirdness with insurance sending checks to me instead of to them. One review of one star here is not a basis whereby anyone makes a decision. Grace Dental has a five star average with over 600 reviews over on Google. That's the real story, not a review that frankly, I find suspect in its description. There has to be some other thing going on there. (She even says she had been going to Dr. Thomas for years.) I'm adding mine because Grace Dental doesn't deserve the rating shown on Yelp right now. I give them an enthusiastic thumbs up. read more

Dr. Thomas is a wonderful dentist. He fixed my tooth and you can't even tell anything was ever wrong with it. I highly recommend Grace Dental. The staff is amazing and very helpful. read more

Horrible! I thought Dr Tim Thomas was a good, kind, God fearing man, but after many years & tens of thousands of dollars, well his true colors were shown. Greedy, money hungry and dishonest! I was his very 1st cosmetic case, although I didn't know that at the time. We took out a loan for only 7 teeth, I allowed him to take before & after pics. After all those long hrs in the chair. I was so excited, but when he was finished with those 7 teeth, he noticed that one front tooth wasn't fully up to the gum, I told him I felt it with my tongue. He told me it was probably because my gums were still aggravated & it should settle. He also said if it didnt or if it gets worse over time, that he would redo the whole tooth. Well, how stupid am I ? He never planned on fixing it! I never got a call back, I went up there to make an appointment, they told me they would call me after they spoke with him, again never heard back! So, Now its absolutely horrific, its like i have a hole from my gum all the way down to halfway of the backside of my front tooth. Its gone! Thousands of dollars, just on that one tooth & the man knew he should have fixed it then. I've never been so horrified & felt so used & stupid. He didn't know what he was doing & now I'm the one who has to live with his mistakes. I will never recommend, never read more
