FEW WEEK UPDATE: my eyelashes are crunchy and falling out. This did not happen last time I got a lash lift. Got a lash lift and tint deal from Groupon. I went with someone else and her lashes turned out fine. I thought mine looked fine when I left because they were still wet and fresh. My lashes were uneven, one under-curled and the other had a gap with some lashes missed. I contacted them and went back, they tried to fix it, and again, I thought they looked fine while wet. However... they've dried now and are bent at a 90° angle at the lash line and straight up and down... Giving 2 stars because they did TRY to fix it.. read more

I booked a groupon for a full set of eyelash extensions and a 2 week fill, for my set I had Maleesha and she was amazing. My eyelashes look amazing and so full. They were just so long for my first time having eyelashes that I felt a little crazy, I called them asking for a "trim" not knowing that it wasn't a thing. They immediately offered to get me a new set complimentary that I felt comfortable in. They got me in quickly and Taylor was the one who did them the second time. She was just as amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and took her time making my lashes perfect! Both times I left with amazing lashes each time but left the second time with lashes fit more to "me". Each girl knows how to do lashes so very well and I cannot wait for my fill and I will definitely keep coming back to this salon. I absolutely love this place! Christine always takes the extra time to make sure I am satisfied with any work that she does on me, and if not, she will cover the cost for that appointment. She takes caution to make sure everything is sterile. She is very receptive to help achieve any look you are going for. Best of the best! I have been going here for over a year now and the services and customer service here is amazing! I have had several of their monthly facials with Christine and each time is just so wonderful and relaxing. I use several of her other services as well, such as full facial waxing/sugaring and lashes. Christine makes sure she is getting all those pesky little hairs so your wax/sugaring lasts a long time. I have also started to get my lashes done here with Maleesha and although se is newer she takes her time and is very detailed about making sure the lashes come out full, long, and symmetrical. Went to Youthful Addictions for eyelash extensions as a recommendation by a co-worker. I texted the Owner, Christine, for an appointment. The place is clean and nicely decorated. Christine is the only one I've had services with but she's very nice, considerate, and professional. I was worried about an allergic reaction but she made me feel at ease and explained what type of glue she uses. I loved my lashes!!! I went back soon after for a fill and another time for a wax and was satisfied with the results. I highly recommend Youthful Addictions and will be going back asap! read more

Decided to get my eyelashes done here because I read some pretty good reviews AND I found a pretty good groupon deal with an eyebrow wax which I couldn't pass up on. When I got there the environment was really nice and calm, and I ended up having another person to do my eyelashes since the original called in sick. She was very nice and sweet and we talked throughout the whole service. After the service was done, my eyelashes were nice and my eyebrows were OK. Because it pretty dark in the room I thought everything was fine. When I left I took a closer look at my eyelashes and my eyebrows and overall everything was okay. My eyebrows didn't look any different and my eyelashes were pretty decent for the deal I got on groupon. I ended up getting my eyebrows rewaxed at a different place and I am currently getting my eyelashes filled at another place for cheaper and for fuller volume. Overall, the employee working on my eyelashes was really great but the outcome from the service itself was A-OK. read more

My review is based solely on the LASH EXTENSIONS. This is the only service I have had done at youthful addictions. I purchased a Groupon for lash extensions w/ a 2 week fill for around $80 bucks. I drove to puyallup for my appointment, and when I arrived I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the entire facility was. It was cute, and had nice decor. Kaitlyn is very sweet and professional. I laid down for about 90 minutes give or take and took a look at my lashes when she was done. and while they were pretty, they were sparse. I have had my lashes done countless of times and they have always made them look full even with a classic set. My lashes looked as if there wasn't much of a difference.... I could achieve the same look with mascara almost. I went in for a fill today and noticed that hairs from the outer corners of my lashes were actually bare. Yes I got the deal for a low price but $80 is still quite expensive for a look I wasn't quite satisfied with. Overall my lashes were just ok. read more

I started going to this place when they were down on canyon road it started with a groupon and when I tried to get ahold of them no response for a few weeks finally the owner contacted and got me in. Well then they moved to puyallup n I moved with them. Been going ever since cause i loved the place and the owner was awesome. Well the last few times I was scheduled for my lashes and there was times that she had to reschedule or have you see another girl in the office. Well everytime I would have someone besides christine do them they were never the same and I was always up front with her and she would fix them. Well this last time she couldn't do my lashes cause she had an emergency so she had one of the other girls do them and they were not done like I liked them so I told christine about the same day and we had a conversation regarding it long story short I went in to have them fixed and they looked better but I was un aware that I was going to have to pay again to have them fixed since I was just in there less then a week ago and paid not only for my stuff but my mother n law as well. Well when I looked at my bank not only did they charge my account without my permission but also had my card on file without my permission. When I messaged the owner she was extremely rude and told me that she tells everyone that she keeps all cards on file (which she didn't with me) cause I would've refused. I dont let anyone save my card for anything. So she reimbursed the charges and took my card off file. Well when I went to schedule an appt for me and my mother n law I wasn't getting no response back so my aunt messaged her and she got back to her and when my aunt had told her that I was trying to get ahold of her christine told my aunt that I was no longer a client of her due to my last appt. When u heard that from my aunt I was no only confused but I was extremely pissed. So I messaged christine and she said that due to my last appt that she decided to drop me as a client. This is all over having to get my lashes fixed that weren't done right the first time and I refused to pay full price twice for something that was just done less then a week ago and wasn't done right the first time. So she dropped me as a client because of it. She never told me or had the decency to have a professional n adult conversation regarding this. I had to hear it from my aunt which wasn't right. I've referred a lot of people to them and always stuck it through all the mess ups ect... and the owner couldn't have the decency to talk to me before dropping me as a client. What kind of business runs like that!!! I DONT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!! If you are a business owner and have a problem with a client that had a problem with what they paid for then you would do your best to make it right!!! That was not the case with this owner!!! This was very unprofessional of her to do and a very poor business decision!!! If you can find a different place to go to get your lashes done I would go before something like this happens to you or someone that you know. Dont good business or customer service!!! read more
