I visited Youthtopia last week and had an amazing experience! Taylor gave the best facial I've ever had. So relaxing, calming and rejuvenating. My skin has never looked so great. She also used a micro plane on my face and a laser to remove a dark spot and I love the results. Next a saw Jennifer for injections. She did a great job and I look10 years younger! I hate needles but she is so professional and calming so it was a breeze. Alison at the front desk is a rock star and I enjoyed chatting with the owner, Tracy. She is so knowledgeable and personable. None of my friends would consider me a vain person But lately,looking in a mirror and seeing deep "ravines" between my eyes...ugh! My students in young elementary made drawings of themselves with me and the "adult" had lots of wrinkles! I feel 35, but looked my age plus some (67)!! Very fortunate to have fillers and botox with Alexis!! She is so professional and well educated! I felt like she knew my skin so very well and the results.....amazing! This has been the worst experience for my mom ever. She went last week to get her laser hair removal treatment and it turned out to be a disaster. Her entire leg has been BURNED. The technician that was using the machine did not know how to operate it properly and was unqualified for the job. When the comfort level went from bad to worse, my mom told her to stop and go get the manager. The manager, Melissa, sat in her office and did not bother to come out, she told the technician, Angela, that this is normal and to continue doing so as she was. Even after my mother complained, they did absolutely nothing about it. Once finished, my mom was in a lot of pain. She wanted to see the manager and talk to her but even after waiting for an hour in pain, the manager did not bother to come out to ask if she was ok. This is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. First you burn the patient, and then you do not even bother coming out and seeing what the problem is. Hours later, my mom received a call from the manager saying we will write a burn prescription to your pharmacy and you will be fine. Its been over a week now and no one has bothered to follow up and see how much pain my Mother is in. Her entire leg has BLACK marks all over them with immense amounts of pain. She can barely walk properly. This has to be rectified. We can not have clinics like these in every corner open with unqualified people working and burning clients. PLEASE DO NOT GO THIS place of business if you care about your well being. read more

I have visited Youthtopia for about 5 years. I have only had Botox injections here, so that's the only "service" I can review. The spa itself is lovely, clean, and the entire staff is exceptionally nice. My Botox has always been expertly and almost painlessly injected, each and every time. I have never felt pressured to buy products, or to do other procedures that I'm not quite ready for. At some other places, you are often subjected to the technician trying to upsell you on every service they offer, which I find annoying. I know I would definitely benefit from other services, but if I'm just there for Botox, let's just do Botox! At Youthtopia you're not given a sales pitch on a million different treatments. They always ask first if you have any questions about other services, and then take the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, and what results you can expect. We've all purchased a Groupon before and gone to a new place hoping for the best. I've had enough bad experiences doing that, and now I rely solely on Youthtopia for my Botox needs. Groupon or not! It's always been a wonderful spa, and the treatments have never once disappointed. I highly recommend Youthtopia! read more

Youthtopia has recently relocated to downtown Alpharetta! It is blissful, spotless and so modern. I came here for the CoolSculpting and was very scared at first since I have a low threshold for pain. But Sydney the CoolSculpting technician put me at ease right away. And she knows her stuff! After ultimately deciding to focus on the love handles versus the tummy... 3 months later I am pleasantly surprised how loose my jeans are fitting me. I will be going back in May to focus on the tummy. Great experience and kudos to the entire staff! read more

I have been searching for a new med spa for my injections, fillers , and skin care products. I decided to try youthtopia because of the convenient location and I am so glad I did. I went in for Botox yesterday and saw Jenn. It's too early to see results so I will update review later, but what I do want to say is she she is AMAZING. I am not one to write reviews but she was that good. She was inviting, gentle and best of all she really knew what she was talking about. I have been going to this Med spa for two years for Botox. The Botox treatments have been fine, however, recently I have been exploring other treatments to fight the signs of aging. I have been disappointed that all of the options presented cost several thousand dollars. This spa is also aggressively marketing their VIP membership which costs $125 per month. While I realize that the spa's revenues have been impacted by COVID, the spa needs to realize that some of their customers have been impacted by COVID as well. More affordable treatment options are what is needed in our current economic times. This will also facilitate customer loyalty. Also, the pricing for fillers and some of the facials are higher than other med spas in the area. Overall, this is not a bad med spa. However, I think they are headed in the wrong direction. read more

Recently visited Youthopia with my wife for facials and was very disappointed. To start we were kept waiting over 10 minutes in the reception area before being walked back to the treatment rooms. No offer of water was made which was weird as a guest entering after did get asked and accepted. On entering the treatment room the specialist explained the normal "get comfortable" and left the room for 4-5 minutes. No real conversation about my skin or what I expected but she was super nice and we chatted throughout. Facial treatment was ok and to be honest I felt like I just got a facial massage. No real after glow like I get when I leave Natural Body from a facial there. The weirdest part of it was my wife who was in another room having her facial told be afterwards that her specialist left the room for 15 minutes in the middle of her facial. No neck rub or foot rub which is common at most upscale spas here. read more

Loved Aimee who did my microdermabrasion. Very knowledgeable and took a lot of time to understand my skin and its issues. The problem occurred over my Dysport. I called and asked how much they charge per unit. I was told $12 for Botox and $6 for Dysport. Great, I think! I usually pay $7/unit at my regular place but I'm here for microdermabrasion and will save time and $. NOPE!!!! I ask for 7 units of Dysport per eye. I get 7 units of Dysport per eye. I go to check out and my injector starts explaining some sort of calculation they use because of the dilution of Dysport vs Botox and it turns out they charge me for 14 units per eye...so double the price. WHAT?!?! So, I don't know if I got too much Dysport or if I just paid twice the price or both?? But in my world, that's deceptive and I won't be returning to YouthTopia!! read more

I went in for Laser service. Paid in full (1500$)after owner promised that she will give 8 sittings along with any additional sittings if there is a need. My experience was really bad. The lady burnt my back and neck and when asked about it, they took a while to respond. Then she ordered a creme for the marks. They made permanent marks on my body. When I asked for another bottle of creme as the marks were not gone, she said that she cannot give another bottle. So after 8 sittings I still have hair on legs and hands. When asked about it she said that I have to pay extra for sittings. Here are my 2 cents, never pay in full for the package. And be careful with laser as she doesn't have good people to help with laser. read more

I went to Youthopia for injections for several years. At my final appointment I was told they didn't have the injectable I scheduled for. I scheduled almost two months in advance. They said they had a product for double the price, & I could take it & pay the additional money or just go. I left. I had used the injector there for years. She advised me the owner would call me to discuss. No one ever did. It is still under the same ownership & management. I would never recommend. I have since found a better & less expensive facility. read more
