As my feet soaked, the gentleman came in and gave me an incredible scalp, shoulder and neck massage. He also pressed on some trigger point to my face, and I will say it felt amazing! Then he moved to my feet and gave me an outstanding foot and calf massage. I don't think that he was actually hitting the trigger points, but I don't really care, it felt amazing! After he massaged my feet, he did some work on my upper thigh area and then had me roll over to my face, and he worked on my back, shoulders, glutes, calves, and a little bit more on my feet. I won't say it was super relaxing, but it definitely felt so good and at some point it was painful, but it was a good kind of painful. I left feeling like I need to cancel my membership at my regular massage place and just come here instead! I removed one star because there was no conversation whatsoever between me and the gentleman who did my services, I would have preferred to be able to talk a little bit about what I wanted and a little bit about how everything works, but it's not something that will stop me from going back again.

Very little oil was used, and I ended up with friction burns and red marks across my back from how rough it was. I came in with mild lower-back pain and left barely able to bend over or move comfortably. My back feels substantially worse now than before the appointment. What upset me most was the response afterward. When I told them that my back was much worse and that I was struggling to move, I was met with a blank stare and told, "She's been doing this for 25 years," as if that somehow addressed the issue. As I was visibly in pain and wheezing, the only follow-up I received was, "Okay, thank you, you're all set, bye." For a premium-priced service, there was zero concern for the customer experience, no attempt to make things right, and no acknowledgment that something may have gone wrong. I'm now out $175 and honestly feel like I would have received a better massage at half the price somewhere else. I also have serious doubts about the online ratings. The business shows a near-perfect score, yet there are numerous negative experiences that don't seem to be reflected in that rating. Misleading advertising, a bait-and-switch therapist, poor customer service, and a painful massage that left me worse off than when I arrived. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Everyone was very nice, and though you can purchase a membership, I loved that it was very low pressure. It actually seems like a good deal that your services can be rolled forward, and can be combined for a larger service. I'm just not a subscription person. I booked an hour massage and a facial. When I got dressed and walked to the desk, the gal apologized, as she didn't realize that I had booked an hour. She said I could go back in and get another 30 minutes, but I was already put back together. No thanks.
