Swedish massages are supposed to be soft and relaxing, but this was anything but. She finished early, leaving the room at 11:21, so I didn't even get the full 30 mins I paid for. I got dressed and when she never returned so I went to the front desk at 11:27, only to see her kneeling on the floor casually chatting with the receptionist. I've always booked online and had decent experiences here, but this walk-in appointment was a complete disappointment. Everyone else in Scottsdale started at $159 each with at least a one day notice. Clean, modern and well kept business. Both ladies are fantastic and my wife said Lily was terrific. It's a 25 minute commute from Scottsdale to Chandler but well worth it. I cannot speak highly enough of our experience. Both ladies are kind, warm, funny and passionate about their trade.
