They offer a few different varieties of massages including a stretch massage, healer massage, and the signature NOW massage. There are also many add-ons you can request such as gua sha, deep tissue cupping, hot stones, eye masks, and scalp massage. I've received massages from a few different therapists at both their Fort Lauderdale location and the one here in Plantation, but what keeps me coming back to this Plantation Walk location is literally the best massage therapist on the planet -- Ace. He is very popular among my friends and quite a few of us see him regularly. His understanding of the human body -- muscles, ligaments, tendons -- how to treat the body, how to stretch the body, and how to work out those pesky knots is honestly incredible. The man massages like it's a work of art, which I truly think it is. If I've been non-compliant with stretching after the gym, I can count on Ace to get me walking again. If my back and neck feel broken after stressful long shifts at work, I know I can count on him to help me regain mobility and stay pain-free. If you ever want to treat yourself, you should absolutely come to this location. The front desk staff are very kind and welcoming. They offer still water as well as citrus-infused water. They also have a bunch of little knick-knacks and creams, aromatherapy items, candles, etc. I used to belong to their membership, but I just can't financially commit to it right now. If I could, I would totally get the membership again. They also are not very pushy about it, and canceling the membership is not difficult. The bathrooms are very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The entire vibe of the studio is calming, pleasant, and relaxing. In the background they play ocean waves, which I personally find very soothing. The lighting is dim and the space smells lightly of essential oils, which really adds to the relaxing atmosphere. As far as the massage spaces themselves, they are not fully private rooms but rather individual areas separated by curtains. There is still plenty of privacy and the lighting is dim so you don't feel like people are looking at you. Of course, guests should still be courteous by silencing their phones and speaking quietly. Before your massage, there is a pre-debrief room where you talk with your therapist about any problem areas, ailments, or what you are hoping to get out of the session. Post-massage you also briefly debrief in that same room to make sure you feel good and everything went well. Ace is extremely popular, so I would definitely recommend booking ahead if you want to see him. Honestly, this place is a little piece of heaven.

Instead of apologizing or trying to help, Alani, immediately claimed they never received any calls and basically told me there was nothing she could do. No accountability, no effort to resolve the issue, and no concern for the fact that I had spent all day trying to reach them. It's unacceptable for a business to ignore calls all day and then refuse to help when their lack of communication causes a problem. The receptionist was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to assist. Based on this experience alone, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would also like to clarify that I had no issue paying the cancellation fee if it was required. My concern was that I asked multiple times about the possibility of rescheduling my appointment, but that option was never offered or discussed. Instead, the conversation repeatedly focused on the cancellation policy and fee, without any effort to explore an alternative solution or accommodate a reschedule. Better communication and customer service in this situation would have been greatly appreciated!

We were greeted immediately by very polite and welcoming staff. Our massages were done by Jenny and Vivian, and they were absolutely extraordinary. These ladies definitely know what they are doing! They targeted the exact areas I mentioned were hurting, and my boyfriend asked for deep tissue, which he definitely got. I am writing to formally express my concern regarding several issues I have experienced with my…read moreappointments, cancellation policy, and billing. I previously spoke directly with the owner and explained that I have FMLA-related medical circumstances and unpredictable migraines that can occur without warning. During that conversation, I specifically explained that there may be times when I need to cancel an appointment unexpectedly because of a severe migraine. I was told that a note would be placed in the system regarding my situation so that I would not be charged a cancellation fee if I needed to cancel for this reason. Today, I had to call to cancel an appointment because I was experiencing a terrible migraine. Despite our previous conversation and the understanding that a note would be placed in my account, I was advised that I would still have to pay a cancellation fee. This is very disappointing because I had already discussed this exact situation with the owner beforehand and relied on the understanding that my circumstances had been documented. There are also ongoing concerns regarding charges on my account that I would like reviewed: I purchased a package of 5 massages, but during my last visit I was still charged $132 for a massage on August 22. I explained at the time that I had already purchased the package of five massages, yet the $132 charge continues to appear. I was also charged for another visit/day that I had already paid for, including the herbs. The amount I paid was $80, and I was later told that the payment had not been received. My FSA card records show the charge, so I believe this payment should be verifiable. I also posted a review regarding my experience because I felt it was important to honestly share what happened. I was very disappointed to discover that my review was intentionally removed. This added to my concerns because I believe customers should be able to provide honest feedback about their experiences, including concerns regarding billing and customer service. To avoid further confusion or unexpected charges, I have requested to cancel all of my remaining appointments for the rest of the year, with the exception of the two massages that remain pending from my package. I am requesting that you please review my account, including my previous discussion with the owner, the cancellation note that was supposed to be placed in the system, my five-massage package, and the payment records for the $132 and $80 charges. I would appreciate written clarification regarding these charges and confirmation that my account has been corrected accordingly. I would also like confirmation that the remaining two massages from my package will remain available to me and that no additional incorrect charges will be applied. I have been trying to resolve these issues, but having to repeatedly explain payments and charges that should already be reflected correctly in the system is extremely frustrating. I am also disappointed that after taking the time to share my experience through a review, it was removed. I hope this matter can be reviewed and resolved fairly and professionally. I have never been worked on like that before when I had one of these back episodes in the past. He knew exactly when to apply pressure and when to lighten up. Throughout the whole process he would check in with me to make sure I was getting relief. When I tell you I was in complete shock at how much he minimized my pain afterwards I wanted to cry! This man knows what he is doing and really listens to his clients. I've only had 2 sessions with him so far and my back is a million times better just after that first session. I have tried physical therapy and other places to help keep this at bay and nothing has worked this quick and provided so much relief.
