I've been coming here for a while, and JoAnn always does a beautiful job. Her products are fresh, high quality, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients. I recently had an issue with a chemical peel, (not JoAnns fault) and she immediately redid the entire treatment without question. That says a lot about her character and the way she runs her business. She stands behind her work and genuinely wants her clients to be happy. I had such pain in my neck and shoulders that I couldn't even move my head. Add to that I have a broken back but needed to get some relief from my neck pain. I called late in the morning and arranged a 30 minute massage from Jo Ann for just neck and shoulders. Jo Ann is a miracle worker. I could feel all the knots in my neck and shoulders and she worked on them for 1/2 hour. Today, the day after the massage, I no longer have the neck and shoulder pain. Highly recommend this studio. Jo Ann is a godsend! For 7 years I've been struggling with my skin (my cheeks in particular). I've been to countless dermatologist and aestheticians over the years. None who have been able to help and actually made my skin worse! Wasted so much money on useless expensive products. Other than the fact I didn't like the appearance of my skin it was just so uncomfortable. Painful, dry, overly sensitive, and very itchy. It was pretty miserable to say the least. I purchased an Amazon Local deal for a 50 minute massage for $35. I made an appointment for myself and a friend for a Friday. However, I received a confirmation email soon after saying that our appointments were on Saturday, the following day. For a 24 hour period, I tried calling to confirm our appointments but nobody picked up the phone. Frustrated and confused, I left a voicemail. Finally a pleasant woman called me back, apologizing about not answering the phone and explained that their receptionist was out sick for a couple days. We finally got our appointment straightened out after that. I'm a student and I sit for long periods of time and because of this, my neck and entire back have some issues, needless to say. On the paper where it asks to mark "problem areas," I marked my entire back and neck. The lady that was there looked at it and said, "Oh that's cute." Didn't really know how to take that, but I just kept my mouth shut. My therapist on the other hand was very nice. She went the full 50 minutes, didn't cut a few minutes like a lot of other places do. I wasn't blown away by my entire experience nor was anything really unsatisfactory. My massage was nice, the atmosphere was nice, and overall impression was simply nice. Would I go back? I don't know. Sure, if I can get another Amazon Local deal. read more
