I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was the worst massage I've ever had…read more The therapist didn't greet me or ask if there were any areas I wanted her to focus on. She also never checked whether the pressure was comfortable during the massage. Most importantly, she barely massaged my neck, shoulders, hands, or legs. She spent most of the session working only on my back, head, and feet, and the pressure was extremely light throughout the entire massage. It didn't feel like a proper full-body massage at all. There was no communication or customer care throughout the entire session. During the massage, she also left the room three different times, which made the experience even more disappointing. I love getting massages and make it a point to get one every month. I've been to many massage spas and have received massages from many different therapists, but this is the first place where I genuinely felt like the therapist didn't know how to give a proper massage. The only positive thing I can say is that the spa was clean. Unfortunately, the quality of the massage was extremely disappointing.
