I found a great therapist here but am going to gate keep because she's always busy so it's not like I'm hurting her business. She's great! I'll usually get a 90/60 min full body massage and you cannot beat the prices. It's super quiet but sometimes customers don't contribute to the vibe. Staff is super quick and courteous and it's nice to have a good foot soak before they get to work. That is also optional depending on what you pick. Definitely check them out. Went there two days ago for 90 minutes massage. Therapist was Coco. At the start she didn't ask me the pressure I preferred. She used mostly her elbow with heavy pressure on my back. I asked her several times for less pressure without any response from her. I endured the pain while she continued using her elbow with heavy pressure. Most of the 90 minutes was on my back. Very little time was spent on my legs and arms. Coco doesn't like her job and it's reflected in her service. I still tipped $30 and left. read more

Con - Website prices are different to charges when you get there, so a bit of a bate and switch. Prices are $20 more at location. Owner asked for a tip BEFORE we even received the service. I protested and told him that we hadn't received the service yet, he backed down but promptly pulled out the credit card receipt for us to add a tip at the end. BEWARE!!!! First time my husband and I came here, we did the 1 hour foot massages which was great and didn't have any issues at the time. However, we just recently came here for the second time where I went with the 1 hour full body massage while my husband went with the combo of both full body and foot, (which we were excited about due to having a great experience the first time around) and got a horrible experience. First off, I put down to give a $10 tip in total for each of our masseuse ($5 each). The guy at the front desk (same guy as the first time) handed me a $10 bill rather than two $5 bills like the first time around. When I was about to ask him for two $5 bills instead, we were already being rushed into our areas. I figured I would let them know at the end that the $10 bill would be meant for each masseuse as $5. They gave me a male masseuse who spoke little to no English. As he's there trying to give me instructions using hand signals, it became difficult to understand what he wanted me to do. So I tried my best to understand him, however he appeared annoyed and in a rush. I get undressed (leaving only my bra and underwear on) and lay face down on the table. He comes in and starts to slightly aggressively lift my bra up (as his way of telling me that he needs my bra off). As he's there assisting me in taking my bra off, I tell him that "I got it," (as in I can take my own bra off, I don't need any assistance) but then again, he spoke little to no English so he didn't understand me which left me very annoyed and feeling slightly violated as he then proceeded to just toss my bra on top of the rest of my stuff like nothing, which seemed very disrespectful. He asked me before he started if I wanted medium or hard and I told him medium. He started out medium, but as the massage progressed, he started doing it hard. I told him to go lighter, which he did for a bit, but then went back to doing it hard. I was more in pain than anything. Hardly, did I feel relaxed. Once it was over, he walked out while I got dressed and a female masseuse next door (who was with another customer) kept peeking over into my room (since there's only a curtain separating the rooms, it was easy for her to lean back and look into my room) which made me feel very uncomfortable. I handed my masseuse the $10 bill and explained to him that it would be $5 for him and $5 for my husband's masseuse. He just looked at me like he didn't understand what I said. So, I went ahead and explained to my husband's masseuse that the tip is for the both of them and she nodded at me with a smile, therefore I took it that she understood me. As my husband and I are walking out, I guess my husband's masseuse told the guy at the front desk that she didn't receive a tip, so he then comes out and asks us if we're going to leave a tip for her. I explained to him like I tried explaining to both my masseuse and my husband's masseuse the $10 tip is suppose to be $5 tip for each masseuse. The guy then just turns around and goes back inside without saying anything, no apology nor anything for the misunderstanding. Overall, we won't be going back to this place again. We'll be looking elsewhere to get future massages. read more

My husband gifted me a massage at this place and I was so excited. I asked for change prior to getting my massage and was told sit down. After my massage I requested change again to give a Tip. After tipping I was given the worst attitude from the dude at the front who gave me the change. The lady who gave me the massage came out and also had horrible attitude after seeing the $10 tip on the counter. She actually flung the curtain and walked away without taking it. Now that I think about it I should have picked up my money and left. Nothing. I understand ppl live off tips and really look forward to them but tips are also based off customer service for me. I may have tipped more if when I went in and gave my GC the guy didn't yell "gift card" like my purchase was not just as valid and someone paying cash right then. My husband paid $70 for me to had this massage and it was not the greatest. This lady rubbed me with plastic gloves on and I had to hear a man snoring 3 ft from me in the next curtain the whole time. Do not go here do not waste your time or money. When he gave me change he opened a wallet full I mean full of bills but here they are hounding ppl for tips and treat you like shit for not giving them top dollar for low end service. I will never return. I usually stick it out with a place if they are good people. Coming here is always interesting. It's a hit or miss when you get a massage here. You either get a really good massage or you feel like you've gotten in a street fight. When they go hard they go ALL OUT. You'll feel bruised after you leave. But there are some people that are great, but the turnover is so high you might not see them again. I went here and asked the manager VERY clearly for them to focus on my arms mainly (due to tennis elbow) and a little on my lower back. The lady spent the entire time digging her elbow into my spine and shoulder blade using all of her body weight and digging into the exact same parts over and over. The manager even came back once or twice and noticed what she was doing and instructed her to massage my arms. The lady spent maybe 30 seconds on my arms then went right back to digging her elbow into the same bones over and over - completely disregarding what her manager said. I was praying it would end. I have no relief from the problems I had (arms and lower back) and now have new problems as my upper spine and shoulder blades feel so sore I cant even shrug my shoulders. I understand there are natural language barriers but there should be some sort of common understanding of basic body parts when requesting a massage. This unfortunately was a very bad experience and I will not be returning. I felt like i was tortured for 40 mins and paid $50 for it. It was the worst time ever!!!!!!! Bra was unhooked without consent. So I haven't been here in a while...prob 4 years. I used to go all the time, so I thought I knew what to expect. The price did go up, but so has everything in this world!...so whatever. I got 30 min foot massage and 30 min head, neck and shoulder. I was assigned a male, which was whatever, I didn't really care. Sometimes the males are softer than women. I did have to tell him softer a few times, but he listened. Everytime the door opened it was very bright and went rt into my eyes. So the curtain could have been pulled a little more. He had me turn over and he began to pull the back of my pants down to the top of my crack and tucks a towel in. Goes to pull up my shirt and then unhooks my bra. Puts oil all over my back. It actually was quite nice, the actual massage. But...made me super uncomfortable. I just had no idea! Would've liked to been notified. Last time I went, that was not a thing! After he was done, he hooked it back up. Just all a lil weird. I checked with the receptionist upon leaving, to make sure that was a thing. She said ya! We don't want to get oil on your bra. I said oh ok. It's definitely hard to find a good massage place in Santa Clarita. This place was BAD. I gave them an extra star just because the prices are cheaper than the other local spas. Cons: They make you pay full amount before service. The front desk male guided me to an open area with a huge curtain and told me to undress and lay on the massage chair/table. I immediately told him, no rooms? I wanted a room for more privacy. The male began to turn his head and say "room", I'm like yes! I want a room. Apparently there was a language barrier between us but when talking about tip or money, he knew English very well . Anyways, since he didn't understand me. I asked my masseuse if I could get a room. They said yes ok and shook their head up and down.......literally the whole time I still had my clothes on having my massage in their open space. Another con, you can hear loud music from the studio or restaurants next door. Not really relaxing when you can hear Banda music in the back bumping. THEN!!! When I got up after my "massage". I noticed they used cheap ass SUAVE lotion on my body. I'm like really. Y'all can't get better lotion for your customers. I have been here 5 times now for the $40 foot massage (actually head, neck, back, feet) and i love it! The space is an open room, with about 12 beds. You keep your clothes on and they drape a towel over you. They do ask if you'd like soft,medium or hard. I choose hard since i always have many knots. Ive had various masseuse's and their pressures are different but still feel good. If youre not used to a hard massage you should ask for soft. They use lotion/oil on legs, neck and back. For the price, i think its worth it! They do ask if youd like to tip when you walk in, but thats only if you dont have cash. I brought a friend who has had many massages (much pricer) before and she said this place was one of her favorites due to the pressure they use; so its worth if it thats what you like! read more

I am not one to write reviews but this one is much needed. My husband and I get massages about once or twice a month so please note this is coming from a person that has had a lot experience. My neck was killing me from too many hours at my desk this past week. I booked two 90 min sessions for my husband and I. Little did I know this was a big mistake. To start, they make you pay and ask for a tip as soon as you arrive. Strange ! Let's face it ! How can you pay for a service and leave a tip when you have not even completed the session? I did not say a world and left a 30% tip as I know the therapists work hard and should deserve it. The male therapist I had gave me the worst massage I have ever had . He did not speak English at all. I pointed at my neck and asked to help. He killed my neck and would just put his thumb on it and squeeze ! I would say ouch and he laughed . I kept moving a he could see I was in pain. He did not use any oil or lotion at all. Horrible! Don't think he is licensed. No way he could be. I kept saying to massge my back and he would for a few minutes and then go back to his thumb on my neck squeezing it. Another issue, the draping was not professional felt exposed throughout the massage . I kept pulling the sheet up to cover up. Not to mention, there was loud music pumping from the business en t door. Sounded like a Vegas club on a Saturday night. I heard this music the entire 90 minutes. I regret that I did not stop and get up and walk out . I kept thinking he would get better bit it got worse every minute. When I walked out I felt like I was beat up and more tight wham I walked in. Plus- because he did not use oil or lotion my neck is literally scabbed from the friction of his hands on my neck. It scabbed over! So terrible that it stung when I got in the shower for the next 3 days. I'm closing I am writing this review so nobody gets an experience like this again. Needless to say I will never ever go back. Today I visited for a combo 1 it was 30 minutes of foot massage and 30 minutes of body. The man that was sent as my therapist was extremely rough, had to be told multiple times to lighten the pressure, every time he moved locations it got hard again, his nails were long because I kept feeling them scrape on my skin. I asked him at least 3 times to do lighter pressure to no avail. I left feeling sore and definitely not relaxed at all. I will not be back. But the cherry on top was when I walked out I still gave this man a tip and the girl at the checkout had the nerve to demand more! Great massage at a reasonable price. A 90 minute massage only costs $50.00 plus tip (they prefer cash tips, but they will allow adding on the tip to the credit card payment.) The massages are done clothed in a large room- so multiple people are getting massages at the same time. The environment is still fairly quiet, however- with very little talking, so it is still easy to relax. I really like the sound track that they play too. Appointments are not mandatory, but I would recommend doing so, and especially if you have a special request for a particular gender masseuse, for example. I got the massage as a gift. -Environment: dark, no privacy. Because it's dark I can't tell you what oil/lotion they used on me. No scent. What I can say is I noticed how the red carpet looked possibly old and maybe dirty (as I was looking for a place to put down my belongings). -Massage: I haven't had that many massages, but wow, this would be the worst. The man up front didn't ask if I had a preference for a male or female. The man who massaged me didn't introduce himself, and I didn't ask if I had any concerns or preferences. I should have known it was a foreshadowing. The man had calloused fingers and used his whole body weight and elbows on me. I've never had a masseuse use their elbows to massage me. I wished I had said something, "too hard, painful," looking at reviews looks like it wouldn't have mattered. When it came time to massage my back and lower back he roughly unhooked my bra and pulled down the top part of my underwear and pants. He should have asked me first before he did that. The only thing he did right was when he was going to massage my calves I almost leapt up in pain and might have almost kicked him (kicked the air) so he stopped/didn't proceed to massage my calves (I'm a distance runner so my calves are pretty tender from training). Price: saw the cost, even if it's on the cheaper side I definitely would not come back here to pay for my own massage, so instead, I write this review in hopes the management makes changes. We both walked out in pain from them basically beating us. It was very painful and definitely not a relaxing massage experience. Prices have increased from the menu posted here. $30 for 1 hour (45 minutes foot and 15 minutes neck shoulders and back). $35 for 1 hour (30 minutes body and 30 feet). They definitely earn the hour cost. I was quite satisfied with my service. Towards end of my service I could hear new clients arriving. But disappointed that at the end of my service when I was getting up there were two small kids being settled in the tables across from us. Probably age 6 or 7. Sort of felt like it wasn't the right place for kids. Will definitely go back! Just a little surprised by the kids! If they were there 10 minutes before, they likely saw my whole back and most of my moon! So there is that. I'm not as modest of my two girlfriends but it's good to know that there is no privacy. The guy who was massaging me was so hard on my back. Pressing down my spine. At one point he had his entire body weight on my back. I told him several times it hurt. He slow down and let up and slowly start going hard. When it was time to Leave I could barely make it to my car. I was worse off when I left. My lower back was having spasms it was horrible.
