Went here to get some donuts for my kids and they have a lot of variety. Love the little mini donuts and my kids love the blue sprinkle cake donut. I wish the employees were a little friendlier, they are always working in the back or making more donuts but they helped me quickly. Basic donut shop which isn't the issue. I know what I'm getting in that regard. Not allowing customers to use the bathroom is ridiculous. You're a place that sales food that you eat with your hands and I can't go wash them. I asked about it and was offered hand sanitizer. Obviously the clerk doesn't know how to wash hands which is also concerning. read more

So I ordered the cold turkey sandwich on an everything bagel with an iced tea. I was told they don't have ice tea. So I said do you have tea bags , he said yes. I said ok I'll take it hot and make it iced tea myself. He handed me the hot tea filled to the top when I asked for an extra cup he gave me a cup that was about 4oz then told me they don't have everything bagels either, then came to see if I put a tip in the bucket on my $15 plus ordered that they had nothing for. What can I say about YUM YUM DONUTS? Hmmmm let me see here, their donuts and muffins and drinks sandwiches are really really good! This place is a joke. 3 girls working behind the counter and only one person in front of me and I stood there for 15 minutes with zero help. The girls just kept walking around and not helping anyone. It wasn't busy and nobody was waiting for their food so there's zero reason why they shouldn't be addressing the customers. My grandma 71 year old locked her keys in the car in their parking lot, when asked to borrow a phone and they told her they didn't have one. Yum Yum Donuts will always remind me of my teen years when my parents would wake up bright and early at 6am and made ALL OF US go buy coffee and bagels as a family. This location in particular is an average Yum Yum location. They had a fully stocked donut display case, a long line of people, and frantic employees trying to fulfill orders. The associate that helped us was a bit flustered when she heard we needed 5 bagels but ultimately she got them done and got us our drinks as quickly as she could. My go to order is a caramel iced coffee, a hot turkey bacon avocado bagel with a glazed donut on the side. Talk about nostalgia. Haven't been able to do that in so long. The bagel I got this time around was exactly what I expected. It's pretty copy and paste in each location so I don't expect too too much. I like stopping by whenever I'm down south visiting family. I thought I was picking up some fresh donuts that I'd start on today and finish up tomorrow. It was around 4:00 in the afternoon but the sign on the door said fresh 24/7 so I gave it a shot. The donuts looked outstanding but I didn't want to make a pig out of myself so I opted for a half dozen. I bought three fancy ones and three pretty regular and headed to my car. We purchase bagel sandwiches here all the time. Tonight my wife went in and ordered two veggie sandwiches on everything bagels. The young girl rang up the order and had my wife pay her, and then told her they were out of everything bagels. My wife picked at least two other bagels and was told no because they were extra. She was give a choice of onion or Jalapeño. I think because they were old and she wanted to get rid of them. They were very dry, chewy & stale. The sandwiches had very little veggies on them as well; they were by far the worst and thinnest sandwiches we have ever eaten. Peanut butter and jelly would have been better. I have loved this place. All throughout the pandemic you would catch me buying breakfast bagels here. Today that ends. I took my daughters to eat breakfast bagels after church after changing our mind on going to Starbucks. I'm not exaggerating, we were there from 10:40 to 11:30 for 3 bagels. I get it, it was busy, but 1hr? That wasn't even the issue, the real issue was that I watched the young lady drop the plastic tray they use to cook the egg on the floor. Pick it up and reuse it, right in front of me! I could have made a big scene, but just decided there that I would not be coming back. Cleanliness is a big deal. We are in times where every place is charging extra because of COVID cleaning. The least I can get should be a clean sandwich. The staffing was all teenagers that day. 7/19/20 @ 2am - I've been intermittently going to this place for years and was usually helped my a very nice woman. I just went and tried to order a sandwich. I was told "no sandwiches." Then tried to order something else and was told no to that also. "Only donuts" he said. When I asked why this is literally word-for-word what the boy behind the counter said: "Because I would have to make it." I was perfectly nice and friendly so I have no idea what in the world possessed him to be so rude. Never again will I step foot into a place with such lazy employees!
