7/19/20 @ 2am - I've been intermittently going to this place for years and was usually helped my a very nice woman. I just went and tried to order a sandwich. I was told "no sandwiches." Then tried to order something else and was told no to that also. "Only donuts" he said. When I asked why this is literally word-for-word what the boy behind the counter said: "Because I would have to make it." I was perfectly nice and friendly so I have no idea what in the world possessed him to be so rude. Never again will I step foot into a place with such lazy employees! It's a shame because their sandwiches were so delicious and I loved the fact that they were always open. read more

Not gonna lie, kinda pissed!! I tried this Yum Yum Donuts out tonight for the first time since I was a kid and I'm very disappointed. I ate the first chocolate/chocolate valentine sprinkles cake donut in the dark in the car. I thought the taste was about a 7, though the donut was not fried right and it was rather moist, greasy and soft. I like just a tad crispyness from frying around the donut. I'm kind of a donut snob. Later on, just now I went for my midnight schnack. Anotha one! Also in the dark. Then I noticed this donut was even more wet than the first. I decided to turn my closet light on and inspect this phenomenon. Fkn sick!!! It's not even cooked!! I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and pretend it was melted chocolate like a hot lava chocolate cake but nope. Couldn't do it. That melty fudgey looking stuff is straight up cold, wet dough-y uncooked disgusting donut batter. *cry* This sucks. Like pizza, I thought even bad donuts were good donuts but I stand corrected. So I just walked into this donut shop and looks like there was one person at the counter looks like a young lady and when I first walked in she was helping someone so when I walked in the door it seems like she looked up but she didn't even say or anything????? You know usually when you walk into a place they say hi!? or they acknowledge you????? I love that this place has fresh juice. I had a beet juice the other day and it was very good. Today, I had a mango/orange juice but it tasted like very tart orange juice. I couldn't detect any mango in there. I think the juice is a bit pricey, but fresh juice usually is. I love the mini sprinkle donuts. They're adorable and delicious. This is our to go location late at night. When I say late I mean after 10:30pm or later. You can not pass this location on Hamner in the States Bros , parking lot. They seem to start baking fresh donuts after 9pm. The are so fresh and tasty. They have a very pleasant baker in there at those hours. I hate & ashamed to say that I can't remember his name. I definitely ask next time to refresh my memory. It's has the standard booths to enjoy your treat & is very clean. Tonight my bff invited my daughter and I over to see her Xmas decorations and I didn't want to go empty handed so I stopped in here. They had all their reacts full. Being from out of town, we were looking for a local spot to grab breakfast to take to the office. We found Yum Yum Donuts here on yelp. The donut selection was amazing. They had your basic glaze to cereal donuts to bubble gum donuts. They also have a large selection of breakfast bagel sandwiches and burritos. I ordered a coffee and received a large one unexpectedly (I'll never complain about too much coffee). However, the creamers were all low or out and they only had original sugar. Some call me "basic" when it comes to coffee creamer flavors, but I just needed a little something more to go with my coffee. I got the burrito with pico, ham, eggs, etc. It, as well as the coffee, was piping hot so I had to wait about 15-20 minutes to eat and drink it. This place have the worst customer service it was my first time shopping here the girl that help us with the tattoo by her ear is terrible. I spend 50 bucks and she literally mess up my order. She got upset because I wanted sesame seed bagels and she needed to go get them from the back which she took forever to do. I waited almost 35 minutes to get my bagels, donuts and French vanilla drinks. She also skipped making my drinks and all customers to process some weir transaction which I believe was related to her maybe that's why she was nervous and wasn't paying attention during processing my items I requested. One of the great things about Southern California, but especially the inland Empire, is the abundance of donut shops. I'm not sure if this is a cultural thing, or if it's just that genetically everyone around here craves fried doughy sugar, but the one thing I do know is that it's not hard to get a donut in this area. I've been on a diet for the last two months even though all my yelp pics would suggest otherwise. So diet month three begins this Saturday with a trip to Yum Yum donuts. I went with the normal sugar twist and a standard glazed donut but something that caught my eye was the chocolate muffins. You know many places don't bake their own muffins or bring them in from some other bakery. This is not the case at Yum Yum donuts. When I asked the nice lady behind the counter whether they bake their own muffins, she looked at me confused and said "of coarse." I asked her about the three different muffins I saw on the case, one with raisins, the other look like cornbread and then in the back of the case was an array of wonderful looking chocolate chip covered chocolate muffins. When I asked her about the chocolate muffin, she proudly smiled and said "it's kind of like a brownie muffin." I initially wrote that statement off as some type of fluff, but it proved to be the truest statement and perfect description the second I took my first bite. This was by far, the best chocolate muffin that I've potentially had in my entire life! The crust was brown and firm on the outside not crispy that it cracked but chewy-firm and sweet like a good brownie. The inside still maintained it's cakiness yet also had a chewiness that allowed you to bite into it with the most wonderful texture. The flavor was not overpoweringly sweet like a cake, but with hints of dark chocolate, was the perfect balance between brownie and muffin Pair that with a very nice piping hot cup of black coffee and I found perfection once again in Norco. I definitely know where I'm coming for my donuts the next time I bring them into work, and I will leave with the entire dish of those muffins! read more

Nastiest donut I have ever had. I never have donuts or sweets usually and if I do they're usually really good or decent Korean/Chinese donut shop. So I passed by it and gave into my cravings and got the 6 for 1.99 small donuts. They were disgusting they're not even donuts. That nasty greasy taste is still in my mouth no matter what I drink (horrible quality oil) and it didn't even taste like a donut. If you really really really need sugar go to stater brothers next door they have enough variety to satisfy any craving. read more

Every time I go here to get a muffin there's always something wrong with it. When I order a bran muffin, it was either baked too long and it comes out all hard and dried out or it wasn't baked enough and its too soft with a mushy center. They also don't put any banana in their banana nut muffins. Its just a plain muffin with nuts. I brought this to their attention but they didn't seem to care. They also gave me a pumpkin nut muffin instead of a banana nut once. I recommend the Yum Yum in Ontario instead, their muffins are way better and the quality is a lot better. read more

We love coming to this place for those spur-of-the-moment coffee and donut runs, but their floor is FILTHY!!! They seriously need to clean it every now and then. I'm amazed that whoever owns or manages this place doesn't require and demand that of their employees. Sanitation should be high on the priority list in any eatery. Went here on Mother's Day with my family before church. Got my young girls a Nesquik chocolate milk and asked for a styrofoam cup with a lid so they wouldn't spill on their clothes before our day.. I was told I had to purchase the cup EVEN THOUGH I just purchased the drink through them. The customer service was horrendous which would have been excusable if it were slammin in there... Apparently a common courteous "Good morning" or "How are you" was too much for his gal to sputter. Not to mention the donuts were crispy and tasted old! Just awful. read more

These are truly the best melt in your mouth flavorful donuts! There 'real' yeast rising donuts. Never heavy or chewy. This Baker is The Best! I love donuts, but if the inside is flavorless, I only eat the crust and toss the inside, never here. It's a treat for my family to drive from mission grove for just these donuts. read more

Let me start off by saying I know it's silly of me to expect a place like this to have a lot of good things done right. This donut place has way too much going on in my opinion. They sell blended drinks donuts and a variety of breakfast foods of which all appear to be mediocre. They also sell bagel breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches. I ordered a Chorizo burrito and want very satisfied at all. The tortilla was good but the edge looked like they were scrambled and put in s blender to make them a different consistency. The site cream was very thick and lumped in one place and the red salsa was again extra blended and almost brown looking. To make things worse my coffee was VERY weak and I'm no hard core coffee drinker. I did appreciate how pleasant the employees were. They are all very nice and helpful. I'll still give them another chance because I actually want this to be a good place for me to stop on my way to work for my own personal reasons. I'm keeping hour alive :-) read more

TERRRRRIBLE SERVICE!!! I asked for 2 Ice Blended Coffees the girl asked what i meant by blended REALLLY! I was like you advertise it and don't know what a blended coffee is. tired to explain it but she was still clueless, so i got iced instead LOL worst coffee ever! then i ordered all my donuts and 2 H&C croissants. got all the way home and NOPE not in there. ( i know i know i should have checked my bag i assumed it was not a hard job) So i went back, i dont live too close to time to go home unloaded my kids and went back was about 30 mins. when i told her i never got my H&C order she found it tucked away in a corner and tried to give it to me. i told her i didnt want those and wanted fresh ones, umm yeah she didnt like that and went to the back to complain so another lady same out and said whats wrong and she told her i wanted fresh ones and she grabbed my bags a tossed them in the trash full of attitude.
