The service was horrible. Very rude. My beef was sour and when I called they said bring it back and they'd replace it, walked in and the lady took the food give me my money and walked away. The food here is LEGIT! I grew up in California before moving to Texas. This place is better than anything I ever had in Texas and the closest thing to true California Chinese I have ever had. Portions here are stupid huge. No way possible anyone could finish one of the dishes in a single sitting!!! A little pricey but due to the portions it is pretty fair. This is not Chinese food. The "fried rice" was plain rice dyed bright yellow with who knows what kind of food coloring. The sauces on the three different dishes was thick, opaque, gooey and had none of the wonderful flavors of any actual Chinese food. We have been ordering carry out for years. Is it PF Changs, no. It is also not meant to be. The food is consistently well above average, plentiful, and the service is friendly and fast. This is a small place that might be family run. Same hard working staff when I go in. The food is consistently good. I've tried several dishes - General Tso chicken, orange chicken, Mongolian beef, triple delight to name a few. We usually have them make some dishes spicy and they're always good, never over spiced where you can't taste the food. We have also been able to order vegan dishes - and when inquiring about the ingredients they were very friendly about it. The fried rice is a bit different than what I'm used to, not as "fried"...still good. Sometimes the order does take a bit longer than said, but is always hot and tasty. Very good! I got Sesame chicken and the husband got General tso's chicken. The Sesame chicken was a little drier/crunchier than I prefer, but the sauce was amazing and they didn't skimp out on the Sesame. The Sesame chicken was 4/5 spicy- which I liked. And the General Tso's chicken was 3/5 spicy. The Lo Mein was perfect and the rice was very good. It made for a really delicious dinner after a long day of swimming and hanging outside. read more

Yum Yum is right. This is the best Chinese take out I have eaten since we moved here to the great state of Tennessee. Being from NY I took for granted the fact that we had good restaurants on every street corner. That said, Yum Yum is hands down the best. They are over an hour from where we live but we will definitely be coming back. The young lady who took our order was pleasant and friendly. It was good to see they were busy even on a Wednesday at 11:00 am. They had our order ready in under 20 minutes as they said. The food was great and the fried dumplings made me feel like I was back in NY, without all the bull shit of NY. LOL. This place is a must try. read more

I usually get sesame chicken here. I have tried other dishes here and they all have been good quality. I highly recommend them for Chinese, especially take out. The restaurant doesn't have much seating and it's our basic wooden booth seating. Overall though the quality of the food and price is great! read more

Wow! is about all I can say about YumYum's. They are extremely friendly and the food is the best Chinese BY FAR in the area. The price is reasonable and did I mention how awesome the food is? If your in this part of the state and are looking for good take out Chinese food, search no more. I come from a place where there are tons of these places on every corner and when I moved down here I was disappointed. Yum Yum is the best in the area. They have great fried dumplings, shredded pork with garlic sauce, mei fun, and soups! I ask for extra extra spice and unlike most Chinese places they add hot peppers which is great. The fried rice is that weird yellow rice that I know isn't true fried rice so I just get the steamed rice. Highly enjoyable for a small take out place. read more

This is the most horrible Chinese food ever. My husband picked up pork fried rice and pork egg rolls. There is barely any pork in the rice. What is there is cut up so fine that it didn't even give the rice any flavor. Most fried rices come with carrots and early peas. NONE! The menu says pork fried egg rolls but what you get is cabbage. I rarely find an egg roll that I don't like but two bites of these and it went in the trash. I wouldn't feed this sorry mess to my dogs. My husband called to complain and they just wanted to argue. We do not live close enough to return it tonight and it sounds like they were not willing to even do that. Stay far away from this place! It is not worth the money. Nasty food! P.S. Yum Yum #8 is good. I don't remember liking any place better in Harriman.

The only thing I really have to say is the food it is very tasty, and the service is fast, and the people that work there are pleasant.

For a fast, take out meal, Yum Yum was exactly what I was looking for. The shrimp fried rice was delicious and loaded with shrimp.
