Was told their pricing was "proprietary, and they didn't want anyone else to know their pricing." When I told them I had paid for this, he said that was only for his time and I was not entitled to a copy?? As a business owner, I get three bids for anything I do! The only people worried about their pricing being out there...are folks that are taking advantage of people! Was told they would be back in touch w me and still have heard nothing.
