We recently had some windows replaced and I can't say enough about how professional and efficient…read morethe install guys were during that process. They completely removed the old windows and put the new ones in less than 2 hours. They arrived on time and ready to get to work. Our house has a stucco exterior and I was concerned over possible damage to the stucco which would require additional costs to repair and there just wasn't any. Partially due to the design of the replacement windows but also because of the care the install team took (John, Irwin and Victor) in removing the old windows with those concerns in mind. They totally cleaned up all of the debris caused by the replacement process and also washed the windows, including the patio door windows next to the new replacements. A nice touch! We are very happy with the new windows, the cost of them, and the install team as well as the sales guy (Zack). This is the second time we've had Window World replace windows on our home and are totally confident that the replacement of the rest of our windows will be done as efficiently and with such care! I had no idea they brought the wrong slider until after they had removed my old slider. I was left only one option after they removed my old slider. I should have checked their slider right away. Besides the slider not being what we ordered, the installers had a lot of trouble installing because the original measurement made by Zac was wrong, let's just say they had to use a lot of caulking to cover the mistake. And I had to order new base molding to replace the base molding having a 3/4" gap on each side of the new slider, plus I needed to recalk some places they missed. All in all, I will never use their service again, I will also make my friends looking for windows aware.

After hounding the guy for a week finally sit down to a quote that is exorbitantly high, inaccurate and to top it off they wouldn't give me a copy of it in paper. Was told their pricing was "proprietary, and they didn't want anyone else to know their pricing." When I told them I had paid for this, he said that was only for his time and I was not entitled to a copy?? As a business owner, I get three bids for anything I do! The only people worried about their pricing being out there...are folks that are taking advantage of people! Was told they would be back in touch w me and still have heard nothing. I wish I could get my money and time back the same way they charged me and produced nothing. The lack of professionalism is astounding.
